Hotellets faciliteter var perfecte og personalet meget hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var overdådig med et væld af valgmuligheder såvel varme som kolde. Vi spiste ude i byen; men nåede dog at få rigtig god kaffe og en drink fra en meget flot og velpolstret bar. Hotellet ligger ret tæt ved en sporvognslinie således at bilen kan blive stående hjemme hvilket er meget praktisk i Wien. |

Facility was good named as suite. Location is also good just 5mintutes ride of Trum to Opera house from the station just behind the hotel. |

The apartment we stayed in is very spacious and you can have a quality time inside with the friends or family in the case the weather is not good. The room was very clean and the bathroom has a shower place and a bathtub. The breakfast looked OK (didn't had one) but is expensive compared with what you can get at locations nearby. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the city center. However, you can always take the D tram line and you are in the city center after 3 stops. The toilet room is small and it has a very small sink. The English language TV channels were the news ones. |

Good service and good facility. Superb rooms for families, with ability to divide with moving walls. Great standard. Expensive parking and expensive brekfast. It should be included in the rate. |

The hotel room was huge with lots of space and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also the bathroom was fantastic! I don't really have anything bad to say about the hotel but the location is not perfect. It is about a 10 min walk from the nearest train station, which is not so bad considering Vienna's train system is fantastic. But to walk downtown is quite a hike. |

The rooms afre spacious and has ac which is very convient during summer . It was very annoying that the hotel did not have arestaurant except Bfast. Also no Swimming pool if you decide not to go out then very limited options in the Hotel. |

Very simple internal architecture. The large comfortable rooms. The quiet place near the Belveder and Ring. Near this hotel there is a famous restaurant of the Austrian cuisine. If the breakfast would be some more rich this hotel may become one of the best budget hotels in Vienna. |

Our stay was for one night only, so not much to say about location. Anyhow it's close to the center so it souldn't be very bad. Nicely designed bath room, separate WC, two flat TVs - for bedroom and living room. Effective air conditioning. Free minibar for the first night - this is nice and friendly. Undeground parking deserves its cost. Nice breakfast room, very good coffee and wide range of tasty food. We did no attempt to connect Internet so can't comment this. Some window jalousies had been broken at the moment of our stay, but more or less operable. The room has power windows which were working only with manual help - you need to push button on the wall and push the window frame out at the same time to open it. |

Great price for a 5-star or even better than many 4-star hotels (I should say the best quality and value for my two-week five-European-country trip); very modern and contemporary design inside and out; comfortable bed and great bathroom. Don't be misled by its location in Wien 3. It's very convenient and quick to take tram, bus or metro to go to Wien 1 (the city center). So why do you want to book a higher priced but worse quality 5-star hotel in Wien 1? Highly recommended to anyone. It would be great if the breakfast was included. I know I sound too greedy given what's already provided. |

No Restaurant. We had to wait untill 16.00 to order a toast. WE had to wait long time to find somebody at reception at 23.00 (we were asking for mineral water).Very bad service for such an hotel. |
