το ντιζάιν του δωματίου και η άνεση χώρου.μεγάλα παράθυρα στο δωμάτιο και θέα στο παρκάκι απέναντι και το δρόμο μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο.-Nicol ,from the reseption, η θεα του ξενοδοχείου σας.ανεκτίμητη η βοήθειά της σε πολλα πράγματα.την ευχαριστούμε για ολα,οπως και τα υπόλοιπα παιδιά της υποδοχής.το αξιζουν . παραλλαβη πελατων απο το αεροδρομιο θα βοηθουσε πολυ. |

Πολυ ωραίο & άνετο δωμάτιο,καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα στο belvedere και κοντά στο κέντρο.Τράμ και μετρό πολύ κοντά.Το προσωπικό αρκετά εξυπηρετικο. Για 5 αστέρων λίγες παροχές. |

βρισκεται σε προνομιακη περιοχη. καλη συγκοινωνια. ευκολη προσβαση μεσω πουλμαν για το αεροδρομιο. κοντα στο κεντρο με το tram d απο belvedere σε 5' στην οπερα και στην ringstrasse. πολλεσ εναλλακτικεσ για φαγητο αλλα και για πρωϊνο στην γυρω περιοχη. το μονο που μου φανηκε λιγο περιεργο για πενταστερο ξενοδοχειο ειναι η καθαριοτητα του δωματιου που ηταν ελλιπησ. θα ελεγα οτι εκει μονο υστερει καπωσ και θα επρεπε να δωσει λιγο παραπανω προσοχη. τελοσ το πρωϊνο θεωρω οτι στα 20 ευρω ειναι πολυ ακριβο την στιγμη που ακριβωσ απεναντι στο cafe πρωϊνο για 4 ατομα ηταν στα 26 ευρω. κατα τ' αλλα ειναι ενα παρα πολυ καλο ξενοδοχειο. |

The Pakat Hotel is a hidden Gem. It is such a beautiful hotel, the room is amazingly beautiful, it is a suite not a room, and so quiet. the hotel is five minutes walking from the sudbanhof (a main train station), we took a bus from the airport and went by foot to the hotel. there is a very good transportation minutes from the hotel, the hotel is in a very quiet street, so there is no noise to bother you. the city center is within 30 minuets walking but using the transportation make it no problem at all. we didn't take the breakfast, as it is too expensive. there are nice coffee shops in the streets around, that offer great breakfasts. The room was spotless! the heating system worked very well. we hope next time in Vienna we could stay ther the price of breakfast.. |

The staff is great,the room is quite like in the pictures,parking in the underground,silence. DUST.in every corner,everywhere..Is a major problem for this hotel.For 5 stars is not clean at all. |

the layout of the rooms and the bathrooms. although we had a kitchenette we had to ask for a kettle and cups,as there is a free mini bar i found it strange not to have tea and coffee making facilities available especially as the hotel only does breakfast. |

Nice and very spacious room, convenient layout. Good service. This hotel is located close to the city center (10-15 minutes walking distance), but on a quiet street so it is possible to leave windows opened. It was very hot in the corridor. We asked for additional hangers and could get them only after a second call. There were no slippers in the room. To have a coffee facilities in the room would be nice. |

Very nice design, comfortable rooms, polite staff. Considering high standard it gives much higher value for money than typical hotels in the downtown. Nothing special, the hotel was not directly in the city center (cca 15 minutes walk); on the ohter hand it was just next to Belvedere. |

The advantage of this hotel is the very very helpful receptionists, the cosy rooms, the cleanliness of them and its location that allows you to go for sightseeing and shopping in a few minutes. |

Walkable distance to many attractions and the room was great On the website, it was saying shuttle to the airport. No mention of the price of 38Euros per person it would cost... Not worth advertising a shuttle at that price. |

Very modern hotel. clean, bright and very comfortable room. Very cool layout of room. Staff excellent, very helpful. Takes about 20 or 25 minutes to walk downtown but a nice walk. Relatively close to underground train stations. No coffee maker in room. |

the staff were very nice and the room is in a good size with butifule balcony, 2 plasma TV and soo quit. hotel design is cool .... no coffee making facilty and the every time we order from the resturant we shuold pay 3EURO as service?. bed sheet didnt changed for 3 dyas. but everything else was really fine |
