the hotel was very pretty with a modern design near a tram station. the staff (except on woman) was very polite and gave us all the information we needed. perhaps for a 5 star hotel the windows were not so clean.a mirror that we have in our room also was dirty!.we have gone to other hotels, that had less stars than this , and in the bathroom the toilet seat was seald after being cleaned.this one no |

It is not 5 star hotel! They don`t have any stars. It's usual apartments without roomservice, and any other services, like a consierge or bell boys. Situation is not comfortable. I've booked 2 nights. but i was staying only 1 night - they charged 2 nights from my card. It was horrible. |

Stuff is very usefull, nice and comunicative. Room has great design, and a beautiful look to large garden. There is no noise. Bathroom is big, with really large shower, and a bath tub. We asked for 2 separated beds, and got one double bed. |

Since it was a brand new hotel everything was as expected. The delegate suite had shower and bathtub. WC was in separate place in the room. For 99€ is a good value. The stuff need more experience but since its a new hotel is expected. There is no need to book hotel's parking which is 15€. Hotel stuff offered to find me in a public parking for 5€ but it was not necessary since there is a lot of space around the hotel for parking. |

The clean, international ambience of the facilities, with hardwood floors and spacious rooms (including the bathroom) made this a wonderful place for a weeklong stay The A/C never was operational during my visit there, so the room got stuffy on occasion. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but they seemed unable to address the situation. |

This is a beautiful, new hotel that opened in November 2008. The staff is extremely courteous. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, well-situated. |

The room matched the description well. It was very relaxing in a quite part of Vienna. Don't know that I would have paid full price for the room, but we got a great deal on the rate. Initial beverages in mini bar included (Cokes, juice, water). Great way to end our vacation. Breakfast was very expensive (15 Euros/person). Don't know if it was any good as we didn't want to pay the price. |

The room was excelent, the hotel is in a quiet location, 10 minute walk from the center of the city. Trasportation is always available and close to the hotel for those who do not wish to walk. I recommend it to people who after all the sightseeing and museum hopping, want to return to a spacy room in a quiet neighborhood and relax. I would have to look hard to find something. but one thing that comes to mind is the dust. I guess a better job cleaning. Nothing big but with all the sun coming in the dust was a bit obvious in ceertain places. Didn't bother me much, but I thought I should mention it for a lot of you that do mind. |

I am extremely pleased with a gentle and kind staff in the hotel reception. Always with a nice smile, professional in answers. Ready to help. Fantastic great people! I also liked the room - Delegate Suite; comfortable, made with taste, thoughtfully equipped - not too big surface but holding everything what you need in the right place. The view was great - VIth floor. I think it would be convenient to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |
