Nice and very spacious room, convenient layout. Good service. This hotel is located close to the city center (10-15 minutes walking distance), but on a quiet street so it is possible to leave windows opened. It was very hot in the corridor. We asked for additional hangers and could get them only after a second call. There were no slippers in the room. To have a coffee facilities in the room would be nice. |

The advantage of this hotel is the very very helpful receptionists, the cosy rooms, the cleanliness of them and its location that allows you to go for sightseeing and shopping in a few minutes. |

Walkable distance to many attractions and the room was great On the website, it was saying shuttle to the airport. No mention of the price of 38Euros per person it would cost... Not worth advertising a shuttle at that price. |

Good value for money & front desks personnel were very helpful. A bit isolated and quite a walk to city center, where main tourist activities are. However personal safety is not much of an issue relatively, walking at night back to the hotel. The restaurant should have provision to supply plastic cups for take out coffee. |

Efficiency and helpfullness of staff, comfortable beds and large bathrooms, the layout of the room was excellant.Free soft drinks in the mini bar was appreciated. No tea or coffee making facilities in room which was odd as the hotel did not have a restaurant.(good cheerful ITalian restaurant across the road.) |

This is an attractive, fairly new hotel within a reasonable walking distance to the center of Vienna, about 15 minutes. The decor is urban chic, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed in a Residence Suite, which was well appointed with a blacony, a living area with leather furniture, and a bathtub as well as a rain shower. There was also a small kitchenette with a two-hob stove. Despite other reviews complaining about the cleanliness, my room was very clean every day -- and I am quite picky about that, to the point of checking under the bed and in corners for "dust bunnies." None found. Though I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, a number of quirks detracted somewhat from the experience. The overall design seems to favor form over function. The wall that separate the living and sleeping areas neither go all the way up to the ceiling nor wall to wall. This makes it impossible to shut out light or noise between the two areas, rendering the wall functionally useless. The tiny sink in the wc is too small for the oversized faucet, making it impossible to wash your hands without splashing water about. Many rooms have balconies, but none have any balcony furniture. Though my room had a kitchenette, it had no cooking utensils, not even a coffee maker. And 15 euros for the paltry breakfast on offer is just unreasonable. |

We liked the design of the hotel, especially the lobby with the bar. Minimalistic yet warm and tasty. The rooms were very nice and spacious, bathrooms very well finished. Location is very good, only a 10-15 minutes walk to the center or 5 minutes with public transport. The floor wasn't clean enough and the mini bar was empty when we arrived. Breakfast should be included in the price. |

The Hotel is clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. the rooms look attractive and stylish. The bed is extremely large and comfortable. "form over function" - the design concealed a not-terribly-good set of facilities. The only one that was bad was the hair dryer - everything else was fine, but felt cheaper than it looked. The hotel itself is less pretty than the surrounding buildings. |

Design, good location next to Belvedere, modern equipment, garage, quiet area, yet a bit afar from downtown Cleanness far beyond hotel's reputation - we found used panties in our wardrobe (!), a lot of dust in all corners, cigarette trash on the stairs to garage... hard to believe in such a hotel. Also, design has a priority over common sense - it's quite impossible to get out of the bath, as it has no handles at all, taking a shower would leave the bathroom flooded, etc. |

We saved lots of money by booking this hotel outside District 1. We had no problem at all reaching our designations by taking the tram d, which was only 2 minutes away. The hotel was also close to the Sudbahnhof, and convenient if you were arriving by train from Prague. The hotel was relatively new and had creative design everywhere. Breakfast was of great qualities and very good service. Hotel staff were all very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. We would like to thank Nicole especially, (at reception) who was an excellent hostess and added to all the pleasure we had at the Pakat Suites Hotel. Management could consider changing the sensor light in the closet to a manual switch. It kept switching on when we walked by the closet door and switching off when we were still inside the closet. There was also a leak at the bottom of the shower door and we had a "little" pool of water on the floor outside, after we showered. Some dust here and there but not a big problem for us. |
