従業員の対応が丁寧。深夜、時差ぼけで眠れず、ロビーにいたら、声を掛けてくださり、ビールとおつまみをを- 用意してくれました。部屋は、広く綺麗で快適なホテルライフでした。部屋では有線、無線両方でインターネッ- トに接続可能です。また、ロビーでも無線で接続可能です。申し分ありません。

さすがに1週間泊まると、毎朝同じ食事で飽きました。一工夫欲しいですね。私が宿泊した部屋の有線でのネッ- トのスピードがやや遅かったです。

お部屋が広く、新しくモダンでとてもくつろげた。朝食が美味しい。ホテルのスタッフも親切。子供急病にかか- ったが、すぐに医師を派遣してくれ助かった。駐車場もホテルの地下にあり便利。

１週間滞在しましたが、部屋がとても広く清潔で最高でした。　スタッフも感じ良かったです。　市内の中心までトラムで５分。　宿泊代を考えたら絶対にお得です。　次からは、ウィーンの常宿にさせていただきます。

朝と夜でフロントの対応に差があった。朝は良いが、夜の担当者が設備等についてよくわかっていない。サービ- スには記載されていたエアポートシャトルはなかった。ミニバー内のソフトドリンクは無料だったが、出かけて- いる間に本数が減っていた。

The rooms afre spacious and has ac which is very convient during summer .

It was very annoying that the hotel did not have arestaurant except Bfast. Also no Swimming pool if you decide not to go out then very limited options in the Hotel.

Our stay was for one night only, so not much to say about location. Anyhow it's close to the center so it souldn't be very bad. Nicely designed bath room, separate WC, two flat TVs - for bedroom and living room. Effective air conditioning. Free minibar for the first night - this is nice and friendly. Undeground parking deserves its cost. Nice breakfast room, very good coffee and wide range of tasty food. We did no attempt to connect Internet so can't comment this.

Some window jalousies had been broken at the moment of our stay, but more or less operable. The room has power windows which were working only with manual help - you need to push button on the wall and push the window frame out at the same time to open it.

Great price for a 5-star or even better than many 4-star hotels (I should say the best quality and value for my two-week five-European-country trip); very modern and contemporary design inside and out; comfortable bed and great bathroom. Don't be misled by its location in Wien 3. It's very convenient and quick to take tram, bus or metro to go to Wien 1 (the city center). So why do you want to book a higher priced but worse quality 5-star hotel in Wien 1? Highly recommended to anyone.

It would be great if the breakfast was included. I know I sound too greedy given what's already provided.

No Restaurant. We had to wait untill 16.00 to order a toast. WE had to wait long time to find somebody at reception at 23.00 (we were asking for mineral water).Very bad service for such an hotel.

The room was clean and well designed. Every facility was comfortable.

One of the staffs at the reception was useless, rather than helpless.

I liked our stay here. Very positive and friendly staff, good rooms. About 30 min walking or 10 min by tram to get to city center.

We were surprised that not restaurant was presented out of breakfast time. And the second point is that the linen was not changed for the whole week.

Our Residence Suite was absolutely quiet, the modern design is elegant, first of all the bathroom. The bed was very confortable, the air-conditioning very efficient. We liked the jazz channel ( Notturno italiano) on the radio. Perfect hotel for those comming by car, garage in the cellar ( 15 euros), but you can find parking spot in the street too. Our stay was perfect and we highly recommend this hotel.

Some minor points: The bathrobes had an unpleasant smell, though they were clean. The elevator was used for service and was frequently occupied, though the staff was very polite. It was not possible to regulate the hairdryer temperature.
