The rooms afre spacious and has ac which is very convient during summer . It was very annoying that the hotel did not have arestaurant except Bfast. Also no Swimming pool if you decide not to go out then very limited options in the Hotel. |

Very simple internal architecture. The large comfortable rooms. The quiet place near the Belveder and Ring. Near this hotel there is a famous restaurant of the Austrian cuisine. If the breakfast would be some more rich this hotel may become one of the best budget hotels in Vienna. |

Our stay was for one night only, so not much to say about location. Anyhow it's close to the center so it souldn't be very bad. Nicely designed bath room, separate WC, two flat TVs - for bedroom and living room. Effective air conditioning. Free minibar for the first night - this is nice and friendly. Undeground parking deserves its cost. Nice breakfast room, very good coffee and wide range of tasty food. We did no attempt to connect Internet so can't comment this. Some window jalousies had been broken at the moment of our stay, but more or less operable. The room has power windows which were working only with manual help - you need to push button on the wall and push the window frame out at the same time to open it. |

Great price for a 5-star or even better than many 4-star hotels (I should say the best quality and value for my two-week five-European-country trip); very modern and contemporary design inside and out; comfortable bed and great bathroom. Don't be misled by its location in Wien 3. It's very convenient and quick to take tram, bus or metro to go to Wien 1 (the city center). So why do you want to book a higher priced but worse quality 5-star hotel in Wien 1? Highly recommended to anyone. It would be great if the breakfast was included. I know I sound too greedy given what's already provided. |

No Restaurant. We had to wait untill 16.00 to order a toast. WE had to wait long time to find somebody at reception at 23.00 (we were asking for mineral water).Very bad service for such an hotel. |

I liked our stay here. Very positive and friendly staff, good rooms. About 30 min walking or 10 min by tram to get to city center. We were surprised that not restaurant was presented out of breakfast time. And the second point is that the linen was not changed for the whole week. |

The room was well designed with nice fixtures and fittings but the wood was a fake peel on effect. This was a shame as time and money had been spent on this promising hotel. The fact that breakfast is not included in the overall price is poor. I ordered an omlette from the very young waitress who completely forgot. After 25 minutes of watching her serve everyone that had come in after me, I reminded her again. This should have now been a priority but after waiting another 10 + minutes, I left to see Vienna. I told the girl at reception but she nor the manager had the decency to apologise. 15 eurős and all I had was some salad! Everytime myself and my partner walked into the reception area, the young waiter could not take his eyes off of my girlfriends breasts! Not impressed at being made to feel uncomfortable. |

Our Residence Suite was absolutely quiet, the modern design is elegant, first of all the bathroom. The bed was very confortable, the air-conditioning very efficient. We liked the jazz channel ( Notturno italiano) on the radio. Perfect hotel for those comming by car, garage in the cellar ( 15 euros), but you can find parking spot in the street too. Our stay was perfect and we highly recommend this hotel. Some minor points: The bathrobes had an unpleasant smell, though they were clean. The elevator was used for service and was frequently occupied, though the staff was very polite. It was not possible to regulate the hairdryer temperature. |

The room is big,good location very close to the belvedere gardens and lovely staff! It wasn't a double bed but 2 single bed put together and both bed and pillows too soft..not really comfortable! |

Rooms were quite spacious with new furniture/ materials and breakfast was quite good Its location isquite far away the centre and you will either need to walk for around 20min or take a taxi (around 7euro). The rooms had only wired internet andin only one specific place not close to the bed (no wireless internet in the rooms!). |

after sightseeing when we backed the room,we found out a empty juce which from the fridge was on the table!!suprisely thats cleaning guys was enjoy having it !!!unbileavable!!this is not ok!! this never happened to us even we stayed cheap hotel.we will never stay again. |

near by Belveder palace and also 10 min walking to ring.Very easy to find parking on the street of hotel and not necesary to use hotel 15 euro parking. Hotel area is very quiet. I was disinformed by hotel about king size bed ,in hotel doesn't exist king size bed only double. also sheet of bed wasnt clean.so they compensation was 20 euro and one day free brekfast. |
