Pakat Suites Hotel  

Great hotel, very clean, large and modern room, staff very kindly. But is not a 5 stars hotel as specified in booking.com ! Mini bar empty and limited staff. Hotel is located outside of the center, we need 20 min to get there.

It met to the description as mentioned at booking site for a full 100%; no disappointment when showing up.

Maybe the location is a bit remote (15min walk) from the city centre. The view

Hotel in general very quiet. Location directly "around the corner" of Belvedere Castles and Park, in short walking distance to a metro station and moderately close to Vienna city center. Our Residence Suite was comfortably spacious, with a nice bathroom, had efficient and quiet air conditioning, and outstandingly excellent bed linen (very smooth to the skin!!) on a good bed. Room also had a normal-size fridge (!) and cooking facilities (plates and cutlery on request and for a small fee). Business/computer users: in the rooms are Ethernet cables for free hi-speed broadband connection. Staff was generally very friendly and quietly efficient in a no-fuss style.

Breakfast is a bit expensive (EUR15), and the breakfast area lacked atmosphere, so we decided to go to a café in the city instead. Smartphone users: free WiFi only works in the (comfortable and spacious) lobby.

Very kindly staff, clean rooms, luxury equipment, good location, quiet neighborhood.

I think it's very will designed and their employees very friendly and helpful. They need just to add a laundry Room as it's suites hotel.

room facilities are very limited for example drinkig water not available kittle and cups

The size of the room

No service, I have to do every thing by my self, I have to remind them to clean my room and even if they clean it I have to ask them to provide with things they spose to do it .
