klasický městský hotel vybudovaný z původního činžovního domu, romantické atrium plné zeleně, klidné místo, pokoje z velké části orientovány do obytných dvorů, leží v samotném centru města na pokraji pěší zóny, garáže ve vedlejším polyfunkčním komplexu, před hotelem pouze prostor na vyložení bagáží |

The hotel is perfectly located at the center of Graz.The restaurant is excellent, both breakfast and diner. The room was very nice.The staff is of the best I encountered.I'd like to specifically mention Mr Mathias, who was knowledgeable, happy to assist and most welcoming. |

Location is perfect.The rooms are tastefully appointed. The bathroom was clean and spacious.The light streaming into the interior court with all its plants creates a unique ambience. Breakfeast was exceptional. The people at the reception desk were rather disengaged: after multiple ins and outs, they did not recognize us, needed to be prodded to give us the best available room,I.E. One with ac rather than a stuffy room. |

I enjoyed my stay and it was very convenient for the functions I want to attend There was no coffee or tea in the room. It really makes a difference to have such facilities in international hotels |

location room 108 has an annoying squeaky floor, noise from outside, poor breakfast, no wifi and smell from bathroom. |

Very well situated. Free internet in the room. Noisy street (tramways) and noisy rooms: you ear a lot from the adjacent rooms. Tv outdated should be changed. Shower temperature varying constantly. These are details but not compatible with a 4* hotel. |

O hotel é muito bem localizado no centro lindíssimo de Graz. Pode-se caminhar por todo o centro e sempre ter como base o hotel. É do estilo velhão e clássico, mas muito bonito. Os funcionários não são atenciososo e achei caro demais. |

die zentrale Lage mit kurzen Wegen in die schöne Altstadt von Graz. Die Lage hat auch gravierende Nachteile. Vor der Front des Hotels verkehren mehrere Linien der Straßenbahnen. Auch nachts herrscht Lärm. Der Service ist ärmlich und entspricht nicht der Einstufung des Hotels. |

Die persönliche Ansprache vom Hotelpersonal, ein sehr freundliches Personal, das besondere Ambiente und natürlich die überaus tolle Innenstadtlage, einfach ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen in dem man sich sehr gut aufgehoben fühlt. |
