I enjoyed my stay and it was very convenient for the functions I want to attend There was no coffee or tea in the room. It really makes a difference to have such facilities in international hotels |

location room 108 has an annoying squeaky floor, noise from outside, poor breakfast, no wifi and smell from bathroom. |

Very well situated. Free internet in the room. Noisy street (tramways) and noisy rooms: you ear a lot from the adjacent rooms. Tv outdated should be changed. Shower temperature varying constantly. These are details but not compatible with a 4* hotel. |

Alles wirklich durchdacht und abgestimmt, Zimmer ok Frühstück gab es erst ab 7 Uhr, musste jedoch schon früher abreisen ( was ich auch am Vortag- bekanntgab), für mich gab es leider kein Frühstück! |

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, das Ambiente des Hotels, sehr zentrale Lage Einzelzimmer sind klein mit einem schmalen Bett. Zwischenwände extrem dünn, vom Schnarchen! des Zimmernachbarn bis zum Fernseher von der anderen Seite ist allles zu hören. Rezeption liegt neben der Bar, in der geraucht wird, mußte im Zigarrengestank einchecken, so etwas sollte heutzutage nicht mehr üblich sein. |

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels direkt im Zentrum von Graz. Die Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hauptplatz sind zwangsläufig ein bißchen laut. |

a személyzet előzékenysége és udvariassága,valamint,hogy biztonsággal tudtam közvetlenül a szálloda előtt parkolni. nem a szálloda hibája,de a navigátor sem tud a szállodához vezetni,a megközelithetőséget jobban kellene a honlapon megmagyarázni! |
