Everything: Professional and friendly staff Right in the city center Room was large, bed very comfortable. Hotel is beautiful. Will stay here again when I visit Graz.
Nothing. Hotel was excellent.
The old style goes together with modern facitilies! Hotel has a intimate atmosfere and it is one of those where I will certainly come back.
excellent location; in the heart of Graz. Reception staff was kinda, nice and helpful. Rooms are from big to massive. Love the planted halls.
No facilities outside your basics, so don't expect that.
Zentrale Lage Atmospäre super
Good location nice and clean building
Noise flour the air condition was very hot and we can't increase the fan speed our reducing the claimet they fix the remote control on the wall ,no porter and no Rome service after 8pm as a hotel withe 4 star
Location Room size
Poor hot breakfast Shower overflowed Tired appearance of rooms and some communal areas
Location. Excellent breakfast with wide choice of dishes.
Hotel is a very beautiful . Location is perfect.
I beleive for such a price complementary tea coffee facilities in room could be offered
Very central, big rooms, clean
The room was fantastic, and the hotel was very beautiful and in a great location for the restaurants and bars of the Old Town. It also made great use of the space available. The breakfast was good and the staff very polite and even friendly, which was great. I really liked it.
There were a couple of very small frustrations: because it was summer, things like the bar closed early, at 9pm which was a shame. Also, the air con was very loud, but the windows in the room wouldn't open, so I had to alternate between switching it on and off during the night. Overall, though, these were very minor compared to all the good points of the hotel.
Location, receptionist was very nice and helpful.
No one came to help with luggage, creaking floors, beds uncomfortable, no dinner
Location is great
The hotel location is great. The rooms are big and confortable.
The cleaning staff comes in the room up to 4 times a day at every hour.
This is a charming hotel in an excellent location for exploring Graz. The room was large. The bathroom was quite large. The breakfast was "American". In all, a very good traveling experience.
The air conditioning was controlled by the front desk. That was not cool enough for me. But they responded quickly with a room fan. They made sure I was happy!
Traditional ambience in keeping with Graz itself; very helpful and efficient staff.
Tram noise starts at 0500 but it is not a problem if you are happy to sleep with the windows closed (the A/C is modern and quiet).
Staff unprepared > can't find reservation, over charged and refunded the rooms later. Slow check in and check out.
Right in the heart of the old town, feel good factor throughout our stay
Not well sign posted as other hotels are, parking is off site and can be a bit of a nightmare
A great place to stay and so easy to book. Would certainly return!
A bit sad that the "Vintage Wine Cellar" was closed.
Good location in the centre ,Nice old building with lots of character
Our car was left out on the street after pre booking pWe stayed in Hotel Sorell for one night on our tour of Europe and found it excellent in every way. The staff were helpful and it only a tram ride into town. Or a walk down the hill and back if feeling fit . The Hotel has it own car park and an overflow one across the road. you can buy your tram tickets from reception arking in advance .We were told on arrival that they would put the car away in their secure car park. On our return at 10.00pm the car was still in the street. On confrontation with the receptionist they said they would move it to the car park. On departure we were given a piece of scrap paper with a map of the department store car park a few doors away and after a great deal of hunting we found our car. Not bad 15 Euro
Safe was not working, other safe was not attached to wall but could be taken out easily from the room. toilet kept on flushing.
Ideal location! VERY helpful and efficient staff. Wonderful breakfast. Nice quiet room and lovely atmosphere in the hotel. (-: (Special thanks to the desk staff ladies who found a room which was ready and let me check in early!)
I would have stayed another night, but the cost was over double "due to Formula2" - even though there seemed to be free rooms.
Location was excellent! Bar cocktails were great, and rooms were awesome.
Not all beds have the curtains, our room did not have one :(
Excellent location. A few step to the city center. Near supermarket, shops, and good restaurant. Helpful staffs. Room size is excellent with perfect bathroom. The room rate is value for money comparing with 4 stars hotels in big city. Wifi is good in general.
Wifi sometimes unstable.
Twin room was set for one person although it was booked for two. No extractor fan in the bathroom. No soap, shower etc. in teh bathroom. Windows not closing properly hence very noisy from the street. No coffee making facilities in teh room. Wardrobe not level and nearly fell on me trying to open the door. Breakfast very average for this type of hotel. Overall a 3 star hotel standards but with 5 star price.
Friendly, outgoing, helpful Staff make this a really great place to stay. Anna (waitress) is a real people person - she should be moved over to Management. Wifi coverage was outstanding.
Menu in the Restaurant should be expanded to include dinners with beef, pork and fish.
