convenient, near main tramway, staff is nice
refuse bin in washroom damaged, still have used cotton left inside the bin when I moved in
The great big quiet bedroom; the location in the old town; the historic atmosphere of the hotel. Excellent breakfast too.
Excellent location, friendly straff, good breakfast.
Very friendly staff, excellent location.
Heating - you cannot open the window for aeration - impossible to heat the room afterward. Toilet paper - Never seen such a low quality toilet paper!
Very central Nice atmosphere Charming
Small rooms Bathroom / bed poor
Great hotel in the middle of town. Great location.
Room beautiful Great location Nice bar
Expensive breakfast No parking
Location and first impression. Size of room.
Squeaking floor and light in bathroom not good.
Location, location, location. Nice bar and cafe.
Rooms were large but a bit dated.
i felt leke a lady for a day
The former high class restaurant failed, and is now a nice café closing at 7.00 p.m. General traditional feel of hotel still very good and breakfast remains high standard. No new trouble with poor curtains at this visit, which was a relief.
No hotel dinner --- but it had been too expensive, hence no customers --- so just as well there are good and bad restaurants nearby.
hotel very old, old bathrooms and very uncomfortable narrow beds. From 6 in the morning could not sleep through the creaky floors.on the street leading to the hotel is a ban on of entry. Public car park is located behind the building and there is no indication that it is also for the hotel guests so in my oppinion it's hard to get there.
This is a hotel with an excellent location and an old-time charm. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Well performing Internet connection this time.
I have been in this hotel more than once. There seems to be a problem or two always. This time there was no plug in my bath and some other smaller matters. This rate hotel you would expect a bit more.
The staff is very friendly, location is good, though difficult to find with a car. The room was big.
The beds are terribly worn down, and need to be replaced. The bathroom is also not up to standard. The last upgrade of this hotel must have been in the 70th.
Excellent position, staff very friendly and reactive to assiste on some issues (i.e. parking for bicycles)
Some rooms require sort of refresh, while mainaining the overall "atmosphere"
great location, Wonderful staff. Large rooms
Everything: Professional and friendly staff Right in the city center Room was large, bed very comfortable. Hotel is beautiful. Will stay here again when I visit Graz.
Nothing. Hotel was excellent.
Once we found the hotel we had a lovely stay. Google Maps fell short and we were lost for an hour, eventually we stopped by the police station and they escorted us right to the front door. We were very grateful :) There was lots more to do in Graz then we had thought. The Front Desk supplied us with a walking tour that would rival anything Rick Steves' could produce. The hotel only had 1 parking spot as they had just build a patio on the sidewalk, but we were able to keep the car there. The breakfast was great with lots of variety. The hotel is beautiful with lots of chandeliers and plants. They have a small deck on the roof but it rained too much for us to use it. Our room was huge and you could have had a party in the bathroom.
The restaurant, bar, and sidewalk patio were closed because it was August. It is a very old building and the wood floors were extremely squeaky. No sneaking to the bathroom! We only had hot water for most of one day but it was fixed once the maintenance staff arrived.
The old style goes together with modern facitilies! Hotel has a intimate atmosfere and it is one of those where I will certainly come back.
excellent location; in the heart of Graz. Reception staff was kinda, nice and helpful. Rooms are from big to massive. Love the planted halls.
No facilities outside your basics, so don't expect that.
Zentrale Lage Atmospäre super

Noise flour the air condition was very hot and we can't increase the fan speed our reducing the claimet they fix the remote control on the wall ,no porter and no Rome service after 8pm as a hotel withe 4 star
