The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good . Our rooms were not cleaned on Sunday. We had to request clean towels. |

Your booking.com value makes this hotel quite a good deal, for me, but it is a fine hotel that did fit its reviews. I had two windows on the top floor that made great air flow, also novel to be in a Palais grounds. |

We were very happy with this hotel. It is very clean, the room was big and comfortable and very bright, the breakfast was very rich and with big variety. The staff was unobtrusive. The area was nice and quiet, relatively accesible to the metro. The staff was coldly polite -Viennese style?- and overly precise about whisking away the breakfast at 10 o' clock sharp....The room was overly warm at night and we could not control the temperature satisfactorily. It would have been nice to have a top sheet for the bed. We sweltered under the single, extremely warm comforter provided on the bed. |

good neighbourhood, close to town centre, clean hotel with fairly spacious rooms. stench of tobacco (although on non-smoking floor apparently) coming from the vent in the toilet, poor quality of breakfast food and ill-timed replenishment (this is my 4th stay, gets worse every time), staff is hit and miss depending who is on reception (were greeted by a v.efficient young lady on Saturday, but served by a non-responsive colleague at the hotel bar subsequently). |

Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam und freundlich; bei der kurzfristigen Buchung eines Leihwagens sehr hilfreich. Das Hotel verfügt über zwei Terrassen, eine Gartenterrasse und eine kleinere vor dem Eingang. Die Benutzung war aber nur eingeschränkt möglich, da die Gartenterrasse bereits um 22.00 Uhr abgesperrt war, was bei Aussentemperaturen um 28 Grad mehr als bedauerlich war; die andere Terrasse sollte nicht benutzt werden, da sich die Bewohner der umliegenden Wohnhäuser über Lärmbelästigungen beschwert haben. |

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, die Lage ist bestens und als Ausgangspunkt für einen Kultururlaub sehr zu empfehlen. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer; die Fernbedienung des TV war "etwas" lädiert. |

Удобное расположение, недалеко от центра города. Возможность пользоваться городским транспортом: автобус, метро. Такси от центра около 7 евро. Чисто, спокойно, хороший шведский стол на завтрак. В ванной комнате не было ничего, кроме геля для душа. Хотелось бы, чтобы в наличии имелись и другие косметические и гигиенические принадлежности. |
