Exellent breakfast. Good location - not far from Ring , 2 steps to the tram stop, 500 metres to metro. Very very quiet district. Friendly staff. There where no any bath cosmetics in the bathroom, only dispenser with soap. Dinner in the hotel restourant not so good as breakfast. In summer It's may be hot in the rooms on the six floor - under the roof, but there is air condition

Good price and location nearby park. Rich breakfast. Visited this new hotel 1-2 years ago and had very good impression. People next somewere was talking and laugthing very loudly or the soundproof is very bad, so 2 unslept nights. In 2012 it would worth 3 star, sorry, but take care about the service.

The staff were friendly and helpful but not very knowledgeable about the local area which was disappointing. The breakfast was very good, parking was easy (may be seasonal),and the room was spacious. Close to public transport links. The wifi was extremely slow to the point of frustration. Rooms need refurbishment, looking very tired. This is not a 4 star rating a 3 star rating would be more applicable. Seemed to be bit of price gouging given it was news years eve which is disappointing.

- good position at 15 minutes walk from the city center - very good breakfast - large room - very nice surroundings (garden, palace) - minor problems with initial room cleanliness - some noise from auxiliary equipments early in the morning (but not during the night), probably only in the last room at each level

Modern hotel with a nice design. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Clean, big rooms. Good bathroom. Very good breakfast buffet, with a lot of coffee choices. Airco. Internet works well. Good quality restaurant available in the evening. Good location to the centre: with tram (5 minutes walk from hotel) or with metro (10 minutes walk from hotel). We preferred the metro, it takes you everywhere in Vienna center. No traffic circulation and no noise outside (hotel is at the end of a dead street). We recommend this hotel ! Very small parking facility, you have to be lucky to have a parking place (reservation is not possible). Probably it is possible to park outside of the hotel in the street, but we preferred the inside parking (which is expensive).

Exista o problema a discriminarii persoanelor nevorbitoare de limba germana. A fost primul hotel din Austria in care la restairant nu am reusit sa ne intelegem cu chelnerita. Am dorit ceva, ne-a adus altceva ..... Totodata aveti grija la preturi - o sticla de apa 700 ml = 5 euro?????
