friendly staff person (woman) but had only been in Klaganfurt for 2 weeks staff too minimal - was friendly and tried but too few, breakfast was also minimal, this is at best a 3-star hotel |

Sehr schönes Haus im Zentrum Etwas verstaubte Atmosphäre und für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie schwaches Frühstück. Den Mitarbeitern fehlt es etws an Professionalität. |

sehr freundliches Personal, die tolle historische Einrichtung trotz kuehler aussentemperaturen war es im gesamten hotel incl. zimmern und Frühstücksraum schrecklich heiss! Die Matratze des Bettes war ebenfalls sehr unbequem und das ganze Bett hat furchtbare geräusche gemacht. |
