The price

We booked the hotel through the booking. com. We've received confirmation by e-mail by booking.com. When we come to the hotel, on reception told us in the hotel are some guests from a conference so they had no availability for any room. None of rooms left for us. The situation was extremely unpleasant. After unpleasent discussion and persuasion they find us a room in which we were able to enter at 20:00 hours. Shame! I would not recommend anyone this hotel.

Price is very big.

Good breakfast. They gave us the room earlier then 3 pm and they let us check out later without any costs which was very helpfull because we have a little baby.

Staff not helpfull at all. Somebody entered in our room at 1 am with a key and when they saw there was someone in the room they left leaving the door wide open. When we complained at the reception they said they should check with the night shift but we didn't receive any explanation.

Good food

We requested 2 twin beds and there was an king sise bed. Nothing can be changed until the manager is there. Witch was not.

Booked this hotel 3 weeks before arrival. Drove with my wife 1500 km and was sure that will have a place to stay on our arrival at 4 am. When arrived was dead tired and you know what? - didn' have any room to stay in!!!!! There was no manager, the receptionist had nothing but some stupid lies about technical problems because of low temp (it was +8 in the night!). In one word, this hotel gives your room to other clients when they see that you don't arrive before 6 pm or something like that. Biggest disapointment hotel!!!!

Toillet was broken,floors very old, beauty set very , very poor. I have booked a pannonia room the most expensive room at booking that time and when i arrived i recievd a normal room. When i returned to reception , girls from reception said that it was a mistake. You should be aware if you book another type of room .not even a tv channel in romanian, but we were at least four or five romanian families.

The rooms are nice although the single is rather small, internet connection was good, location is also great.

The breakfast was poor.

It's near of Shopping center and better to stay there than in Vienna

I find it very expensive to commute from Hotel to Airport Euro 55.00 one way as my business is in the airport. I like to see that by next visit you can provide some form of shuttle service to link hotel to train station so that he can go to visit Vienna on public transport or to the airport comfortably.

Good location, parking, internet in the room (wire). Breakfast ok

Impression of cheap furniture, not as for 4 star hotel. Strong red and black colour in quite small room does not make nice relaxing impression. The fact that we were supposed to pay for capuccino 3 Euro on the breakfast was sad surprise as of 4 star hotel. Generally I felt not really good in this hotel

Silent, comfortable room, good breakfast, good dinner, nice top-floor bar. Great view from 10th floor. Best available option around Bruck an der Leitha / A1 Speedworld.

Room was not clean, dirty toilet (especially room 204) (!!), bathroom is in a heavy used condition, wall should be repainted in white, tv is not working while using wlan in the room, dirty towels, dirty bed-textiles

The breakfast was perfect. Our room was perfect too and we liked the bathroom very much. So much space in the shower. We could wash our 3 little ones together in the shower. The bed was perfect. We slept with one child in that bed and that was not a problem at all. Everyone was friendly.
