New hotel, clean, good design.

It was very cold in the entire hotel. With the climatisation turn on at maximum, after 12 hours the room temperature was only 18 degrees Celsius. Never ever go to that hotel in winter !!!!

Beatiful, modern hotel with great location for those who were planning shopping at Parndorf. Als, from my point of view, smoking rooms are very important issue. Tnx for that ;)

Everything was excellent.

Comfort levels were excellent and the facilities. Great food in the Restaurant. Close walking distance to "Outlet" shopping where there was a huge range of gear at good prices.

Smoking in the Rooftop Bar. In such a small space smoking should be banned. Also lack of service in foyer as an alternative to drinking in the Rooftop bar. Off season change to staffing was given as the reason.

In front of our room number 304 is for staff, but they somehow translated glass container directly under the door of our room at 8 am, it was very loud and loud talking.Before you go shopping in Parndorf on to learn about the holidays, because we arrived at night and not all have time to buy and the next day turned holiday and all Magazev were closed, but we know no one warned. We went specifically to Budapest for a day shopping, which we failed potratylys and 300 euros for a taxi

Location

The room wasn't cozy. The bathroom for a double room had stuff only for one person.We had bugs in the room and hair of the former guests on the bed. The pillows were umcomfortable.The menu of the restaurant/ bar was very poor.The windows could not be opened.

Noise at night felt like the water was all night running next door. The minibar was half empty when we checked in. For 150 Euro I expect Kempinsky :)

No, it's all wright

Great hotel if you go for the Parndorf Outlet, it is right opposite to the shopping center. Great design of the rooms, very clean, very good breakfast.

We heard a constant noise in our room (on the 9th floor) and we were told it is from the elevator and everybody hears it on the upper floors. We got used to it eventually. Also it was a little too expensive.

Hotel is very nice. It's modern and stylish and has great views

Air con didn't seem to work and our room was ridiculously hot
