Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children from 0 to 1 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 1 to 5 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 11 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 15 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Gemütliches Wellnesshotel mit tollem Saunabereich und herrlichen Ruheräumen. Die Zimmer nach den 4 Elementen geräumig und phantasievoll eingerichtet. Auch sehr modern. Habe mich immer riesig über die gefalteten Handtücher gefreut. Lage schön ruhig. Das überdachte Schwimmbad war etwas miefig. |
