The location of the Hotel is good which get you to heart of the city

Good location, nice breakfast, quite good beds (comfortable but bit narrow), garage under the hotel

There is total lack of wardrobes in the room. You have couple hangers in open space and that's it. I Design is nice, but this went bit too far.

Comfortable beds, good shower which is what we wanted as our daughter lives nearby but has not got room for us.

Would have liked tea making facilities in the room. Was informed by staff that you get these with buisness class or suites not standard.

I think that the room was fantastic and a great breakfast.

Staff at reception were not very helpful when we arrived. My wife is disabled, we had 2 heavy suitcases and 2 overnight bags. My wife got stuck in the revolving door, it goes too fast. I had to bring our luggage in through the emergency doors. All this happened in full view of two staff on reception,neither lifted a finger to help us,they then watched us struggle with our luggage on to the lift again indifferent to our problem . We were asked to help in the conservation of water by using towels and bed linen as carefully as possible yet the hand basin in the bathroom did not have a plug in it and despite asking for one it still had not been provided by the end of our stay. Either the reception staff were not aware or did not care about saving water. The control on how your use of the breakfast room was inefficient. When we had breakfast no one asked for our room number only by telling reception that we has used the facility twice was the hotel able to charge me for the breakfasts. I shudder to think how many potential free meals are had with such slack control. All the foregoing is a great pity because the staff in the bars and eating areas were very helpful.

Lack of tea and Coffee making facils in Room

The position, within easy walking distance (300 metre) of the old inner city of Linz. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean with tea and coffee making facilities. Parking facility on site with direct access by lift into hotel reception.

The storage for clothing was inadequate, with no closed wardrobes and only two very short open racks ( 25 cm long) with a few clothe hangers plus open box type storage for small items of clothing. Surprisingly for a four star hotel there was no "Bar Fridge" in the room.

Central location, easy parking, friendly helpful staff and good food. The room was also a good size with wet room type shower.

The rush at breakfast, it was like a station rush hour! If staying more than one night storage for clothes is almost none existent, only hangers on the wall with one drawer.

The hotel was very accommodating. We were happy to have a play pen for our 14 month old. It was comfortable as well. Room was large enough too.

A kettle and coffee maker, alarm clock for time display would be nice to have. Face cloths in the bathroom would also be nice to have.

Five minutes walking from the main street. Nice big room and a good shower. Free Wi-Fi, easy to connect to, and several plugs for charging your mobile devices.

Parking costs extra, some 14 EUR per day. The safe in the room didn't work, according to the receptionist it may have had low battery. There is no closet or any other storage for clothing in the room apart from the coat hanger by the entrance, which can be inconvenient on a longer trip. There were bits of paper on the bed sheets, the kind you get if you forget a note in your jeans pocket when you shove stuff into the washing machine. No big deal, but strange for such a fancy place. On the whole, it feels like a reasonable 3-star hotel, but one might be able to find something better for a 100 EUR a night.

1. The location is closer to the town centre, excessibility of shopping malls and tourist atraction is not far from the Hotel 2. High Security and safe place to stay (comfotable) 3. Very clean

1. Most of channels are not in English except for cnn and bbc news 2. No Kettle is provided in the room for tea/ cofee refreshments, when asked for it, it was rejected by Receptionist 3. No Fridge is provided

Room was very good. Good car park and good location

No tea making facility in room. Quoted 32 euros for breakfast - silly price. Room charge also high but assume this was because it was a weekday.

Nice, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very good location near the main old town area.

Facilities were excellent bathroom was a dream,right in the middle of city centre,clean and spacious.

At check in staff seemed poorly trained.

It was a pleasure to be in this hotel , high quality rooms , breakfast end a save place to park your car. Nice colors in the whole hotel color you stay ... We did stay one night as a relaxing stop on our trip to hungay , so leaving the full loaded car in a safe environment was worth the 15 euro ....

El hotel está nuevo, en impecable estado y las habitaciones son cómodas y agradables. Está frente a un plaza y cerca del centro de la ciudad a unas pocas cuadras de una de las peatonales. Muy recomendable!
