I stayed for only one night in this beuatifull Hotel. View from the rooms are superb as is the design. I can recommend this Hotel to anyone and had a lovely stay. I will be coming back for sure!

- Die Tiefgarage, sehr angenehm bei dem starken Schneetreiben. - Das es am 1. Tag beim Frühstück auch Cappuccino gab. - Die Parkgebühr von € 5,00 pro Tag - Das es am 2. Tag beim Frühstück keinen Capuccino mehr gab. Taste am Automaten war abgeklebt. aber nur für kurze Zeit, als wir so gegen 9:30 Uhr mit dem Früchstück fertig waren, wurde der Klebestreifen vom Servicepersonal wieder entfernt.

Personale davvero gentile disponibile ottima comunicazione anche in italiano posizione e vista bellissima camera molto bella pulita si raggiunge facilmente Innsbruck con l'autobus lo consiglio vivamente .

Neues Trend Hotel das man mägen muss Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr unprofessionell Für unser kleines Kind wurde 40 Euro zusätzlich verlangt, obwohl kein Zustellbett mehr zur Verfügung stand und es bei uns im Bett schlafen musste. Der Fernseher machte Probleme und schaltete sich alle 10 Minuten selbst ab. Das Frühstück entspricht keines falls einem 4 Sterne Hotel.

Hotelli ja huone olivat siistit. Mukava ulkoterassi. Musiikki terassilta kuului huoneeseen liian myöhään (seuraava päivä oli työpäivä). Saunaan ei ollut lämmitetty, koska Itävaltalaiset kuulema aloittavat saunomisen vasta syyskuussa?!?

Sehr schönes Zimmer, wunderbare Aussicht und Atmosphäre Die Laptops, welche gratis zur Verfügung stehen haben veraltete Programme, mit welchen nicht alle Seiten im Internet anzuschauen sind. Auf meinem Laptop ist zudem alle 5 Minuten eine Virusmeldung eingegangen mit 32 entdeckten Viren. Leider konnte das nicht behoben werden, da der Virenschutz ausgelaufen ist.

Die moderne Einrichtung des Zimmers. Ausländische Sportlergruppe,die sich nicht korrekt verhalten hat,wie es sich für so ein Hotel dieser Kategorie gehört.

Das schöne moderne Hotel mit viel Komfort, ohne übertrieben zu sein.Auch das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.Die Tiefgarage für meine PKW ist kostenlos, auch das ein positives Faktum.

Sehr netter Empfang(mit Namen angesprochen) sehr auskunftsfreudiges und kompetentes Personal was ich als nicht sehr gut empfunden habe, waren die sehr harten Matratzen und Kopfkissen, da ich mit meinem Rücken Probleme habe, passt sich die Matratze leider nicht gut an den Körper an, obwohl es da schon sehr gute und günstige Schlafsysteme gibt !
