Location was excellent, the room and bathroom were spacious. Availability of internet and breakfast were also a plus. The staff (owners I suspect) were very pleasant and helpful. It is really a great place to stay given the location! I missed having a proper desk to work on in my room. Despite the room being quite new, it needed some additional repairs (e.g. electrical sockets falling out of the bed frame, shelf with kettle needed to be screwed back into a correct position). |

This was much better than a B&B and the standard, location and service were excellent. The house has an ancient silent elevator that takes you to Mezzanin level. The rooms were big and I felt at home. I also liked the fact than you could collect your breakfast and take it into your room which I like much better anyway. Table and chairs were in each room, so it felt more like living in a flat. The location is unbeatable. The main noise from the street were mainly horse driven-fiakers that seem to use the street to get towards St. Stephan. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. |

The owners of the hotel are great people, they create a special charming ambiance and good order in the hotel. The guests can always rely on their professional help, at the same time there is no feeling of beeing supervised like in bigger hotels. In fact, you feel at home. The location is very central, therefore you can stay in the "pension a @ a" for different reasons such as: city trip, shopping, business etc, - you will enjoy it anyway. Every room has a teakettle, that is quite convenient to make a tea or coffee during the day. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast as well.. Me, my mother and my child had great time in Vienna and we are very grateful also to the hotel owners for our positive impressions... |

Great location. Modern design. The rooms above the street are a little noisy but it did not bother me too much. |

Its in the center of the city with all the memorials, museum near. Its about 5 minutes walking from the St Peters cathedral. The staff was willing to help us in every possible way. The only odd about the hotel was its entrance. It doesn't make you good impression but when you open the door of the hotel it feels like you are in a different world. |

Very friendly owners, attentive to our needs, and very helpful in making us reservations for dinner and transportation. Breakfast was fresh and a good value. The location is excellent, in the heart of the shopping district, and close to subway line and many attractions within walking distance. The towels were rough but adequate. |

This is a 'design' bed and breakast, located on the 3rd floor of a large building just a few steps away from Vienna's famous Graben shopping centre and St Stephen's cathedral. There's a small lift to the 3rd floor. Once there, a " cave of wonders" opens up with a small number of well designed bedrooms and a foyer area. I had a large room (for the price) and all the facilities I needed for a business trip. They had free and fast wifi. Continental style breakfast with fresh rolls each morning. Reception desk is manned from 8-5, but they make exceptions if they know you're coming. Better value than the major hotels in the same area. |
