Hotel Pension Adam Apartment  

Access to the tram stops. Tram 0 and Tram 71. Within walking distance to Belvedere palace. Close to the sudbahnhof because we want to take the train to Bratislava. Kitchen with stoves, oven, microwave, fridge and even coffee machines and all the utensils to cook and eat. Although the knife was troubling us than help as it's not sharp at all. The bedroom is roomy with a big bed and a big convertible sofa (into a bed). We brought our one year old baby and she crawls everywhere so we put one blanket on the floor (coz it was dusty), the next day the staff put another blanket and pillow as they thought maybe there are three adults staying in. It was so thoughtful.

The lift is so small. The room is noisy during the weekdays and nights (but okay during the weekend), There is a construction work somewhere nearby which was loud and dusty, we got dusts from the open window. And even when we arrived the first day it was dusty and smell like dust everywhere.

It is an excellent hotel. Rooms are furnished useful. Equipped kitchen nice enough to leave. The hotel is city center(near downtown).

Nobody disturbs us during the stay

The room was dirty when we arrived, the hotel staff hardly speaks english and wasn't frienfly, it's pretty far from the metro station but close to s-bahn. The hotel is near Belvedere and Botanic garden but far from the centre sightseengs.

El equipamiento de la cocina era pésimo, no tenía lo mínimo para cocinar. La decoración de la pieza es horrible. Más que en un apartamento, uno tiene la impresión de estar en un motel de esos de una noche.

Кухня и санузел требуют ремонта и модернизации, недостаточно посуды, кухня очень маленькая, обещанного чая и кофе было недостаточно, чтобы пить его хотя бы раз в день. И самое главное, сразу при бронировании было снято с карты 50 евро, в время заезда администратор обьяснил, что эта сумма снята банком как гарантия и будет возвращена в течении недели. Но ведь об этом не предупреждали, поэтому считаю это недопустимым. Прошло пять дней, данная сумма пока не возвращена.

arrivati dall'italia ci hanno riferito che le due camere prenotate da circa un mese a loro non risultavano, poi con aria scocciata e scortese hanno dovuto arrendersi al fatto che la prenotazione esisteva...... in questo caso il proprietario si e' dimostrato molto scostumato come se a lui non importasse niente ma dietro nostra insistenza ci ha trovato una sistemazione disastrosa per la prima notte dove dormivamo in 4 in una camera, per poi darci finalmente una camera nel suo hotel ed un'altra a circa 5 km molto fatiscente un vero disastro da sconsigliare

1. существенный шум с улицы с раннего утра 2. светлые шторы (не дают поспать утром) 3. несколько грязновато в номере 4. снимают конкретно предоплату заранее с карты (это недопустимо)

Su ubicacion muy centrico a 500 metro del centro historico.muy tranquilo y tiene de todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. no es excesivamente lujoso pero para unos dias el lujo tampoco es inprescindible, se valora mas la tranquilidad y el sentirte como en casa. lo unico qu el personal solo habla aleman, pero t e terminas entendiendo. si vuelvo a viena seguramente volvere a pension adam!!!!

Les appartements sont bien situés par rapport au centre ville (on peut y aller à pied), on y accède facilement de la station de train qui mène à l'aéroport.

La chambre était très sale: plein de poussière dans la chambre, sur les meubles et tapis. Le sol de la salle de bain était couvert de traces de chaussures sales et de taches brunes dont on a préféré ne pas s'imaginer la provenance. Le matériel de cuisine vétuste: la plaque chauffante chauffait à peine (une heure pour faire chauffer l'eau pour les pâtes qu'on était obligé de faire cuire dans une poêle (!) car c'était tout ce qu'on a trouvé, il n'y avait aucune casserole), la porte de frigo se fermait mal.
