Cancellation
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 6 to 15 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The location to the bus stop is excellent, only 100m from the hotel and then from there a 20min bus ride to the Stubai Glacier lift. The hotel staff was very friendly and inviting. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Plenty of parking and large ski room for equipment. The location to the city of Neustift is excellent as well. Walking distance to restuarants and bars. I would gladly stay there again as it is the best deal for your money. |

the warmth of the room and the surrounding environment also the staff although not well versed in English were friendly and helpful perhaps breakfast was not so filling in the sense that once things finished they were not replaced like ham and coffee |

Great breakfast great views lovely staff, bus from Innsbruck and to the skiing stops at the door. Only a few minutes walk to village centre and some fantastic restaurants. |

Accueil très chaleureux, d'une extrême gentillesse: on se sent presque chez soi. Excellent petit déjeuner. Proximité du bourg et des centres d'intérêt. Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont mal insonorisées. |

La habitación espaciosa con un baño increiblemente decorado y espacioso. Todo nuevo y decorado con gusto.La anfitriona Gertrudis muy amable y simpatica siempre atenta con los huespedes. Sin duda muy recomendable. El hostal tranquilo, con parquing para el vehiculo y el desayuno abundante y bueno. |
