Big room with balcony, friendly knoweldgeable staff who spoke english, good location No where to put suitcase other than on floor of wardrobe which was inconvenient when I didnt want to upack but live out of my suitcase for a few days |

Warm welcome, very nice owner´s attitude to each guest, nice view of the lake from the room, closed to the centre, parking just in front of the hotel (free of charge) |

The room and bath were very clean and comfortable. The hotel was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was generous and tasty. There is a small lift, which was helpful in getting suitcases to upper floors. |

the temperature of the rooms was just right which is sometimes hard to do with the snow falling outside. its very close to the slopes and a short walk from the town centre. the bed linen and towels were very clean and fresh the ski and board room was in the cellar which was accessible from the road side. it never seemed to be locked which worried me. this place is in serious need of updating and there was an odd smell on each floor but thankfully not in the rooms |

la situacion Aunque dicen tener Wifi, no es verdad, ni el dueño fue capaz de conectarse a Internet, reservé este hotel precisamente por eso y tuve que irme por la noche a buscar un Cibercafe, me parece poc serio. |

Nederlandse leiding, heel vriendelijk, open en behulpzaam. Een tuin aanwezig.Veel nederlandstalige actuele tijdschriften.Hele grote balkons, met vooral aan de voorkant prachtig uitzicht over het dorp en het meer. Een lift aanwezig. Dicht bij het centrum.. Geen scheiding tussen het balkon van de buren. Vreemd, geen privacy. In tuin geen gemakkelijk stoelen. Nodigt absolluut niet uit om lang te zitten. Jammer van de mooie tuin. |

Tuvimos una fiesta organizada en el jardin de la pensión,showman austriaco y buffet para la cena. Curioso. Anticuado y falta una reforma. No reponen los jabones. Es caro para lo que es. No hay una recepcion clara. |
