Staff made us very welcome and couldnt do enough to help us. There was a warm, family touch to the hotel - even a chocolate on our pillows for New Year. We would definitely return!

Great location, very close to historical city center and airport bus line! Made for a great last night in Vienna and easy, low cost, transport to the airport at 4AM!

At the city center near to the underground. Calm & silent

Very city centered - within 5 minutes on foot we reached pretty much everything. We arrived around midnight and they were still friendly and helpful (we called ahead and let them know we would be late).

The room was a little cramped and dated - but since we only slept there it didn't matter all that much. The beds were not all that comfortable, but okay.

The staff and the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location less than a city block from the metro station was ideal.

It's not like an American hotel. It's serviceable and clean. However, there was a flight of stairs to drag your luggage up right inside the door. Then the service desk is on the top floor and the elevator is small and slow. No wifi or internet connection in room and tv did not work in my room. Towels are few and small. Pillows are few and flat. Hot water could be inadequate for more than one or two people.

breakfast food assortment could use some more variety. if staying for 5 nights, the same breakfast can become terribly redundant. otherwise place was superb and we'd stay there again.

Difficult to locate even when it is in your face, due to very small name plate.

Location, friendly staff, normal breakfast. Close to the shuttle bus from airport to the city center.
