Sunny accommodations with a modern décor are offered by this small pension, situated 2.5 km from the centre of Sankt Pölten and 60 km from Vienna. It is close to the highway It is also close to the railway, wich is very loud. I don't know about other rooms, bot the single room way in a very poor condition, it smelled like cigarettes, and the bathroom was not clean enough. The photoes are definitely not from the room I was in. Wifi is only avaiable in the dining area.

The room actually was a big appartment - almost 40 sq.m. The room was under the roof and it was extremely noisy - every car passing by can make you to wake up. No 24 hours reception - we had to wait for 15 min in the morning for the receptionist to come for checking us out. Very far away from the centre of St Pelten - may be 30 min walk.

Good shower - plenty of hot water. Adequate buffet breakfast. Convenient location (for me), very close to another pension I have used many times (and which scammed me in March 2012). Price (for Pension Elisabeth) reduced to 31.50 Euro for a single room. Contrary to other reports I found the young woman receptionist firendly and helpful. true her English is limited, but this is Austria - why should we expect perfect English?? Old building, draughty room. I moved bed next to radiator to stay warm. Thin duvet and no extra blankets. No evening meals and MacDonald's was only place nearby serving meals on Sunday evening in winter. This place has more of a hostel atmosphere than that of a guesthouse or pension. Romantic it is not!

Das Frühstück war ok mussten durchs Raucherzimmer in unsere Zimmer. Völlig "abgelebte" Zimmer. Badezimmer extrem eng, ohne irgendwelche Ablagemöglichkeiten, nicht einmal für die Handtücher.

Obwohl es Nichtraucherzeichen gibt hat es im Zimmer nach Rauch gestunken. Die Kleider haben den Rauchgeruch angenommen.

Die Zimmer waren nicht gereinigt - nur die Bettwäsche frisch (wenigstens), außerdem waren massive Mängel in der Ausstattung, wie defekter Heizkörper etc.

Trotz der tollen Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße war kein Verkehrslärm zu hören, Frühstücksbuffet klein aber sehr fein, tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis !!

sehr sauber Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, direkt beim Eingang. DIREKT neben einem der Frühstückstische war unsere Zimmertüre, so dass wir am Morgen durch den Lärm im Frühstücksraum geweckt wurden. Jeder einzelne Schritte von oben war deutlich hörbar!
