Amazing breakfast, a lot of vegan options as well as a la carte eggs in different styles. The food in the restaurant is also really good, far above average and a wide range of choices. There is a very laidback feeling in the hotel, and despite it's not super big, it does not feel crowded at all. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

From a skiing perspective, it's not the most exciting area.
From a skiing perspective, it's not the most exciting area. Although it's really easy to reach (we drove in 7,5 hours from the middle of the Netherlands), the town is a bit lower and therefore snow conditions are not perfect in the valley. Mountain snow conditions were a lot better. I can imagine in Summer it's amazing to hike, for skiing it would not be my area of choice, although I can imagine with young kids it's lovely.AnnefloorNetherlands - 10Scored 10
Service beyond all expectations.
Service beyond all expectations. Passing through and stopped in Lermoos to charge the electric car and spend the night. The Silence-Sporthotel Zugspitze was chosen at random. But... Fantastic service; on arrival we were welcomed, shown to a large and nice room, presented menu and informed that our dog was welcome in the restaurant. Lovely food and excellent service; buffet starter, good soup and perfectly cooked lamb. Exceptional service from the waiters. Amazing. Silence-Sporthotel Zugspitze shows how it can and should be done. It is hereby recommended.

We travel almost every winter to Ehrwald and Lermoos for skiing. This August was the first time we visited the neighbourhood during summer and it was SO nice! Very beautiful lakes to walk to, kids-friendly, really a must-do during summer holidays.

Amazing town with a beautiful view! We didn’t get to explore it as much as we should have but the tone of the town was relaxing and had an excellent selection of restaurants! Lermoos was centrally located for what we were interested in...
Lermoos was centrally located for what we were interested in visiting. The road system was excellent. I only speak English and most facilities had several people that spoke English. The comfort level increased exponentially when there is no issue communicating. We visited Ludwig's castles as well as the Zugspitz, Grubsitein and Tegelburg.MichaelUnited States - 10Scored 10

Our suite of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms included a huge kitchen/dining room and lounge area. The beds were comfortable, the fully fitted kitchen had all the appliances and utensils needed and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and always said hello. The breakfast, which we took on the patio, was excellent. Highly recommended and we're looking forward to returning.
