Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The price mainly and the breakfast. Clean reception. The room was pokey but what do you expect for the price and the breakfast could be pasked away earlier than advertised. |

I liked the room and the view. The hotel is pretty cosy and comfortable. Unfortunately the room was not heat enough and the breakfast should be more variate. Not only sandwitchs and milk with cereales. Some egs and something with meat would be great. |

The restaurant and bar were ok, the food was ok. Poor heating in the room (I left earlier because of that). My wife and I went sick. Also they charged the last night of the reservation even if we left one day before. |

Es wurde uns gestattet trotz Buchung an zwei nichtaufeinanderfolgenden Tagen das Gepäck in Hotel zu belassen. Die Frühstückszeiten wurden auf unseren Wunsch hin vorverlegt. Die Anreise vom BAhnhof ist zu Fuß recht beschwerlich. Hier stimmen die Gehzeiten nicht. |

Vriendelijke ontvangst door Letse Eigenaars. Wij hadden dit pension geboekt als tussenstop naar Italië en zochten dus geen luxe maar een nette kamer met een eenvoudig ontbijt. Deze nieuwe eigenaar zijn bezig het pension op te knappen. |

Отличное расположение, прекрасный вид с балкона на долину, красивая природа вокруг ( в 10-ти минутах ходьбы два шикарных водопада), доброжелательный русскоговорящий персонал, чистота в номере. Бесплатная парковка. Хотелось бы разнообразить завтрак. |

Dejligt fredeligt og roligt. Meget lidt serviceminded værtspar. Da vi ankom kl. 20:20, spurgte vi om det var muligt at få lidt mad, svaret var kort nej. For mange gæster om et toilet & bad pr. Etage. |

De gemoedelijkheid en de aardige hoteleigenaresse waren duidelijk de pluspunten. Alhoewel het niet hun fout was, lag het pension wel redelijk afgelegen van het dorpje (ongeveer 5 minuten met de auto). Geen probleem als je een auto hebt, maar als dat niet zo is, moet je wel veel lopen. |

Das der Herr (Vorname : Art) an der Rezeption stets sehr bemüht war, möglichst alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und das er ein sehr hilfsbereiter Mensch ist, sehr freundlich ! Wenn man an eine Pension keine zu hohen Ansprüche stellt, ist diese Pension unbedingt zu empfehlen. Jeder sollte eben genau überlegen, was er sucht und erwartet ! Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass die Toilette / Dusche, die hier über den Flur war und für mehrere Gäste gleichzeitig, etwas mehr kontrolliert bzw. gereinigt würde. Es gab nämlich Gäste, die es mit der Sauberkeit nicht so wichtig nahmen ... |

Schone, ruime kamers Badkamer. We hadden een zitbad en konden alleen zittend douchen, zeer vervelend. Pension lag vrij afgelegen ver van de skilift. Eten was slecht, maar daar hadden we ook niet te veel van verwacht. |
