SImple but tasty breaskfast, Friendly and helpful owner and staffs

Length of shower curtain is short, thus entire bath room get wet after taking shower

Cheap, location wasn't bad

Not very comfortable, but given the price it was adequate

The hotel is near the Mirabell Garten.

It is little bit noisy, the half of the hotel is situated to the street , the other one on a railway

Pleasant and efficient staff. Only ten minutes walk from station in one direction, ten minutes from old town in the other. Excellent breakfast. I was accidentally given a better room than intended, and although this was realised almost immediately (before I had begun unpacking) I was graciously allowed to keep it.

There was some smoking behind the bar of the associated restaurant, although I should add that this did not affect the service at table and the meal was very good.

Close to both the main train station and the old town. The room was pretty comfortable, quite large and old fashioned.

The shower curtain would blow into the water, stick on your body and then spread water all over the bathroom floor and mat. The pillows were really soft, had to fold them in half. When checking out, couldn't sign when using my credit card.

Interior design - looked fancy

Walls are thin so you hear people talking in the corridor as they are in your room. Next to the train traks - noisy (for that side). Upper levels get only warm water, not hot.

Near convention center. Competitive pricing.

I liked the family atmosphere and the behavior of the hotel staff.

No wireless Internet connection, but it is compensated by the good price and location.

Friendlyness of the staff. Perfect for participants of the Salzburg marathon. the start area is just around the corner. On the day of the race it is possible to check out after the race.

Breakfast with meats and bread fresh from the market.

The hotel is a short walk (10 minutes) from the Salzburg old town and was easy to get to.

The room was very dated. The main bed had a spring coming through the mattress. The bathroom was very small, and the shower was almost impossible to use without flooding the floor.

Wonderful hotel close to everything. The bus stop to town is nearby, but it's only about a 10 minute walk to the old town area. Beds were very comfortable and the room was quite spacious. It was on a busy street, but we didn't hear any noise thanks to the double-paned windows. If windows were open, there definitely would have been street noise. The selection at breakfast was good- meats, cheeses, cereals, breads, and jams. Good coffee too!
