We planned a half-day at the end of a train leg from Basel, and a morning before continuing to Venice. Innsbruck had no charm for us and the Hoel was a bit furhter from the train station than we thought. The room was very clean and faclitiy was clean - almost Tutonic and a bit institutional, kind of like the area. I can't explain why exactly, but we felt like we were staying in a sterile eastern block hotel. The facility was very clean and well maintained, but it had no charm. |

Quite good for that price. Although my room has relatively slow ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast was the same every day, but it was OK. Here we go 2 kinds of sliced cheese, 3 types of spliced sausage, corn flakes, chocolate flakes, batching pate, Philadelphia cheese, 3 types of bread, milk, orange juice, tea/coffee |

the older lady was excellent, gave us a complimentary city map and recommendations on good and affordable food. complimentary breakfast was excellent, room was decorated comfortably and very clean. free parking was a huge plus! easy drive into the city. beds could be more comfortable, free wireless internet not available. |

Close to the main highway. 6 minutes away from the city center by car, 15 minutes by bus. Very clean, new furniture, good breakfast. very small bathroom(1.5 sqm aprox), not everybody can sit at the toilets as was in my room. |

nice little hotel, excelent breakfast (classic) - everything fresh, nice friendly staff, extremely nice with the kids. i stayed twice, but only one night at the time. probably will stay again if i reach innsbruck again. |

Helpful staff, they know a little italian too. The room was recently renewed. It's possible to reach the town center by foot (if you like to walk for 20 minutes) and by bus (a bus stop 2 minutes away form the hotel) |

Balcony with tables was a good place to rest during hot, sunny day. Nice clean hotel. Good location. The neighbor on the same street was a bit noisy. |

I liked the gesture of the owner that he paid for the taxi we took to reach the hotel. I also liked the way they arranged our breakfast early morning whe we had to leave early. There were no elevators. We had to lift our heavy baggage to reach the room which was on second floor. Also the hotel is not near the city centre and to reach the nearest tram we had to walk almost a kilometre. |
