curatenia, linistea, serviciile, amabilitatea Camerele pentru 3 persoane sunt mult prea stramte iar baile sunt mult prea mici. |

Cu exceptia camerei de baie a fost ok.Din micul dejun au lipsit legumele si mancarurile calde. Cam saracacios. Nu exista internet decat la un singur calculator, superparolat. Nu poti face upload sau download la ceva. Sa-si cumpere routere wireless ptr. free acces la internet, sa-si diferentieze tarifele in functie de suprafata camerelor.Eu am inchiriat 4 camere , nu seamana una cu alta- ca dimensiune si confort. Doua au fost ok, una slabuta si una tare slabuta, deci in functie de noroc!!! |

The Hotel is brand new and has a parking. There was an automatic drink machine at the first floor that allowed have drinks and snakes anytime. The Hotel is situated little far from the old town (near to the Tivoli Stadium) and so it takes about 15 minutes to get that. Although we asked a quiet room in advance, the staff gave us a room faced to the street where motorcicles ran all night long. I did not get to sleep. |

The room was very clean, but small. Breakfast was okay. Service was not very good. The bathroom was a closet. There were very little amenities at the hotel. |

We really liked the location (15 mins walking to the city and 5 mins on the bus), the breakfast included was yummy and generous and the free internet terminal was also a bonus. The mattresses were somehow uncomfortable and the flat pillows on the bed - we did not sleep well. |

Staff (actually - owners, as I understood) were friendly and helpful, many-many thanks! One of our friends had a birthday during the period of staying in this hotel, so after we asked if we can order flowers, we were kindly invited to cut-off roses in the hotel garden, for free. Good rooms with small balconies, all the modern conveniences. Just a recommendation about breakfast: we would appreciate some hot meals like eggs or omelet; in the meantime (we were in August) only kind of continental breakfast is provided. |

Everything to our liking. Room space for three beds a bit restricted. Very good location outside city centre, close to motorway A12 exit, Innsbruck Ost. If you like walking only about 20 minutes pleasant walk to Marietheresien street (i.e.main street of Innsbruck). By bus, take bus route "J" just round hotel corner in front of Olympia Sports pavillion and stop at Markplatz. Hotel has an excellent car park and is located in a very quiet peaceful area. |

clean room, friendly staff, okay location The family room was very small, the bathroom was minuscule and not really suitable for a family. We stayed only 1 night so it was not really a problem, but would consider other choices for longer |

Staff was very helpful in giving directions to points of interest ann advice on transportation. They also were very friendly. Free internet. The whole wheat bread at breakfast was superb. Separate room for the third party ( I am male travelling with daughter and granddaughter) |

We planned a half-day at the end of a train leg from Basel, and a morning before continuing to Venice. Innsbruck had no charm for us and the Hoel was a bit furhter from the train station than we thought. The room was very clean and faclitiy was clean - almost Tutonic and a bit institutional, kind of like the area. I can't explain why exactly, but we felt like we were staying in a sterile eastern block hotel. The facility was very clean and well maintained, but it had no charm. |

Quite good for that price. Although my room has relatively slow ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast was the same every day, but it was OK. Here we go 2 kinds of sliced cheese, 3 types of spliced sausage, corn flakes, chocolate flakes, batching pate, Philadelphia cheese, 3 types of bread, milk, orange juice, tea/coffee |

the older lady was excellent, gave us a complimentary city map and recommendations on good and affordable food. complimentary breakfast was excellent, room was decorated comfortably and very clean. free parking was a huge plus! easy drive into the city. beds could be more comfortable, free wireless internet not available. |
