La chambre etait bien, plutot petite, propre. La vue sur la cusine du personnel a cote de la reception.Les bruit pendant la nuit provenant de la salle de bain (provenant des installations techniques?) |

Le prix par rapport à la situation dans l'hypercentre de Vienne, la proximité (8 min à pied) de la gare et du CAT pour rejoindre l'aéroport, la qualité de la salle de bains En cas d'arrivée un peu tardive (un peu avant 20 heures) le fait d'attendre longtemps à la porte de l'immeuble puis, étant entré grâce à un autre habitant, la nouvelle attente devant la porte de la pension avant qu'on m'ouvre ... |

Pension très agréable située non loin du centre historique de Vienne,un peu chère ! Le système d'acceuil des clients est entièrement a revoir,a notre arrivée la porte dentrée était verrouillée et la réception non occupée ,seul lien avec la Pensdion riedel un n° de Téléphone sur un papier collé sur la sonnette ! Pas digne d'un prix de séjour a cette hauteur ! |

Emplacement dans le centre de Vienne. Jolies chambres et salles de bain design. Un peu à l' étroit pour le petit déjeuner. |

Une bonne situation géographique, proche des principales attractions touristiques, dans un immeuble de très bon standing. La chambre était très grande, avec un petit balcon, très lumineuse, assez design, très belle salle de bain au look moderne et chaleureux. Encore quelques petits détails à améliorer, mais l'ensemble était à la hauteur de nos espérances. Rien à redire, si ce n'est que puisqu'il s'agit d'un immeuble un peu ancien, l'évacuation de l'eau (douche, robinet, ...) est un peu bruyante, mais ça reste très léger, et on ne l'entend que lorsqu'on utilise la douche ou le robinet. |

Nice location in great building. The noisy engine on the toilets. The fact that my sheets had a hole for 4 days and nobody change it. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, very clean and tidy, simple but ample breakfast The photos of this hotel far from reflected my room. It was tiny and difficult to actually move around, but clean with new furniture. The "bathroom" section was approx 3x5 feet with a shower held up by a bit of wire! Whenever the water (hot or cold) was used a deep groan could be heard that persisted for about 5 minutes i.e. take some earplugs with you. I booked the hotel for its central location but Vienna is actually quite small and exceptionally easy and fast to get around the city by underground or tram. Next time I'll pay a bit more for a nicer hotel and ignore location. However it is cheap compared to other hotels and I wasn't expecting much. If the room had been larger and fixtures more modern I would have been very happy |

The Pension was in a very central location and safe area. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly as described in the information. It was very quiet too. The restricted reception hours made it difficult to receive land line phone calls in the evening and also for check in and check out outside of the specified hours. Not a major problem though as everything else made up for it. We had a great stay. |

Hotel was in a nice part of town and close to public transport and the city center. Room was small but cozy with a nice balcony. The bathroom was tiny but the shower worked well with plenty of hot water. The neighborhood was quiet at night and we slept peacefully. We did not hear guests in the other rooms. Staff were very friendly, efficient and informative. We would stay here again. The only negative was the WiFi did not work in our room (double steel doors?) However, we had no problem using our laptop in the lobby or dining area. This may not be a problem for guests in rooms closer to the reception area. |

Well organized staff My room was in front of the entrance door/dining room and thus noisy in the morning when staff was preparing breakfast. |

I liked the all you can eat breakfeast, lots of food and hot buns. The hotel was also in a very quiet area, I think you should leave a note on the night-table how to use the satellite. |

The rooms are beautifully renovated and the location within the city is absolutely fine. The staff was also friendly and very helpful, also for planning of day trips. Not all rooms were renovated - for the several older rooms in the hotel the price was too high. In the renovated rooms, some features were less practical/robust. |
