旧市内観光へのアクセスが良かった。 この部屋に限ってと思うが、トイレ･シャワーの排水が少し悪かった。 |

ロケーション 3つ星には値しないホテル。■上の階がリノベーションをしていたようで、朝の７時から物凄い騒音で目が覚め- た。クレームをつけると値引きしてくれたが、3泊もしたのにたったの12ユーロだけの値引きだった。夜中も- 水道のタンクの音などで、全く快眠できなかった。■10部屋もあるのに、共同トイレは一つのみ。清潔だった- が、中で乾燥機が作動してるので熱気が立ち込めている。■3泊中、ハウスキーピングが入ったのは一度のみ。- それも、ごみを捨てて布団を軽くたたんでいるだけだった。掃除をしている気配は全くなかった。■枕は綿が入- っていない。ペタンコ。■フロントは特に愛想がいいわけではない。■朝食は普通。同じ値段で近くのカフェで- 食べたほうが気持ちがいい。■TVは天井に備え付けてあり、ベットからでないと見えない。が、そもそも壊れ- ていて移らなかった。■シャワーブースの排水溝の流れが悪い。掃除不足。■アメニティーは使いかけのものだ- った。特にシャワージェルは古い椿油のようで全く使う気になれなかった。■タオルがかなりボロボロ。■部屋- はかなり狭い。 |

市内観光するのにいいロケーション。近くにスーパーもあり便利。べットも広かった。 郵便貯金局の横だったが、夜に着いたので看板が小さくわかりにくかった。テレビのリモコンが使いにくかった- 。 |

Nice location in great building. The noisy engine on the toilets. The fact that my sheets had a hole for 4 days and nobody change it. |

Beautiful building, good location. Close to everything. The location was a bit noisy. Construction was going on outside for the entire time we were there. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, very clean and tidy, simple but ample breakfast The photos of this hotel far from reflected my room. It was tiny and difficult to actually move around, but clean with new furniture. The "bathroom" section was approx 3x5 feet with a shower held up by a bit of wire! Whenever the water (hot or cold) was used a deep groan could be heard that persisted for about 5 minutes i.e. take some earplugs with you. I booked the hotel for its central location but Vienna is actually quite small and exceptionally easy and fast to get around the city by underground or tram. Next time I'll pay a bit more for a nicer hotel and ignore location. However it is cheap compared to other hotels and I wasn't expecting much. If the room had been larger and fixtures more modern I would have been very happy |

The Pension was in a very central location and safe area. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly as described in the information. It was very quiet too. The restricted reception hours made it difficult to receive land line phone calls in the evening and also for check in and check out outside of the specified hours. Not a major problem though as everything else made up for it. We had a great stay. |

Hotel was in a nice part of town and close to public transport and the city center. Room was small but cozy with a nice balcony. The bathroom was tiny but the shower worked well with plenty of hot water. The neighborhood was quiet at night and we slept peacefully. We did not hear guests in the other rooms. Staff were very friendly, efficient and informative. We would stay here again. The only negative was the WiFi did not work in our room (double steel doors?) However, we had no problem using our laptop in the lobby or dining area. This may not be a problem for guests in rooms closer to the reception area. |

Well organized staff My room was in front of the entrance door/dining room and thus noisy in the morning when staff was preparing breakfast. |

I liked the all you can eat breakfeast, lots of food and hot buns. The hotel was also in a very quiet area, I think you should leave a note on the night-table how to use the satellite. |

The rooms are beautifully renovated and the location within the city is absolutely fine. The staff was also friendly and very helpful, also for planning of day trips. Not all rooms were renovated - for the several older rooms in the hotel the price was too high. In the renovated rooms, some features were less practical/robust. |

Location was great! 10 minute walk to Stephensplatz. 8 mintues to Schwedenplatz. 15 mintues to Hofburg Palace. Close to U-bahn 1, 3 & 4. Quiet at night. |

The hotel is in a renovated building. The room is large and modern, new and very clean. New bathroom also. Parking is in a garage next to the hotel. We walked to everything in Vienna from the hotel. Breakfast was inexpensive and very good. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. |

The location is very good, the staff is nice. Sound-proof is not good. The hotel is inside an old and bleak apartment with disgusting smell, it's not easy to find. |

The atmosphere of the hotel. located in a great part of town and in a hertage building. Very quiet. we arrived when the office wasn't open, but they have a phone number for us to call. And it was pretty hard to find the actual hotel as it is on the 4th floor of a general mixed used office building. |

Very convenient location, within easy reach of public transport. Simple but comfortable room, good breakfast. the only coffee provided in room the room was combined with whitener and sweetener - a minor gripe. |

The location is excellent in the heart of vienna 1st district and very close to all the main attractions. The rate is also excellent - the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. |
