Misschien wel wat gehorig, dus akoestisch niet op beste niveau,... maar ja, het is een pension, en geen als hotel geconcipieerd gebouw. |

Location was great! 10 minute walk to Stephensplatz. 8 mintues to Schwedenplatz. 15 mintues to Hofburg Palace. Close to U-bahn 1, 3 & 4. Quiet at night. |

The hotel is in a renovated building. The room is large and modern, new and very clean. New bathroom also. Parking is in a garage next to the hotel. We walked to everything in Vienna from the hotel. Breakfast was inexpensive and very good. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. |

The location is very good, the staff is nice. Sound-proof is not good. The hotel is inside an old and bleak apartment with disgusting smell, it's not easy to find. |

The atmosphere of the hotel. located in a great part of town and in a hertage building. Very quiet. we arrived when the office wasn't open, but they have a phone number for us to call. And it was pretty hard to find the actual hotel as it is on the 4th floor of a general mixed used office building. |

Very convenient location, within easy reach of public transport. Simple but comfortable room, good breakfast. the only coffee provided in room the room was combined with whitener and sweetener - a minor gripe. |

The location is excellent in the heart of vienna 1st district and very close to all the main attractions. The rate is also excellent - the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. |

Yes staff were kind and reasonable.The room was clean. Poor value for money in these days of the credit crunch. The breakfast should have been included in the price or the price reduced to €40. Having one toilet to share among ten rooms in this day and age is a bit much. |

Pension Riedl is a very good value. We found our room to be comfortable with a good bed and a very updated sparkling clean bathroom. There was new tile, a huge shower with a great shower head, and a nice sink with modern faucets. It was a quiet place on the 4th floor of what appeared to be a building of mostly offices and maybe some apartments. |

Good location, nice modern design. Across from major design museum, easy to get around city by walking or tram. No way to purchase beverages or snacks except bring them in from outside |

This pension is in the beautiful house near the centre. It is large beautiful hall on the first floor of the house and the lift! |

Wireless was essential to me but it turned out it disappeared every other minute... Item, it I did not read the full description due to being in rush but I did not actually expect three star hotel in the 1st District of Vienna to have a shared toilet... |

It was in a very convenient location, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I liked having the convenience of a private shower and sink in the room, as well as a TV. The only thing I did not like was that the room was not cleaned on Sunday. |

The only thing that was nice is this Hotel was the toilet In the double room that we stayed we didnt have heat, the receptionist told us to change the room with a singe room. In the begin he didnt told us to give us back the difference. We asked for it. They ask many money for what they give |
