de locatie is ideaal, de 2 persoonskamers waren goed verzorgd en ruim opgezet de toilet op de gang,( voor de gasten in een 1 pers. kamer) leek meer op een sauna omdat de wasmachine en droger daar ook stonden. De verwarming stond sowieso erg hoog in het hele gebouw. En de badkamer in kamer 10 overstroomde regelmatig. |

Hotel heeft twee categorieen kamers, maar schuift daar makkelijk mee; we hadden de indruk dat we een luxe kamer hadden geboekt (zie ook mooie plaatjes op website), maar kregen een oude slecht onderhouden kamer zonder refund (gele vlekken en afbladderende plafond-verf van lekkage, kapotte spiegel, erg kleine kamer) |

Goede ligging, mooie nieuwe moderne badkamer, (betaalde) parkeergarage vlakbij en gratis draadloos internet. Het pension probeert een luxe moderne uitstraling te hebben maar veel kleine dingen maken dat de gast dit anders ervaart: geen kluisje, geen airco, geen föhn, geen koelkastje, geen sfeervolle verlichting (bureaulamp op nachtkastje), karig ontbijt (niet gekoeld), gehorig. Daarnaast was onze kamer gelegen aan de keuken, waar de persooneelsruimte aan grenst, hierdoor kwam sigarettenrook de kamer binnen. |

Pension Riedl ligt op een perfecte locatie. De binnenstad van Wenen is zeer goed bereikbaar, net als het vliegveld. Mooie hoge kamers en de badkamer is perfect. Het personeel is vriendelijk, maar niet pro-actief. Een van de gordijnen was stuk en bleef dat ons hele verblijf. Er is een mogelijkheid om zelf koffie en thee te maken,maar de waterkoker moet wel op de grond staan voor het stopcontact. Koffie en thee werden ook niet bijgevuld. Qua faciliteiten lijkt Pension Riedl nog het meest op een bed en breakfast, maar het mist wel die sfeer. |

Heel goed. Naast grote plein (Schwedenplatz) waar bus rechtstreeks naar luchthaven brengt. Aan de rand van centrum dus alles gemakkelijk te voet te doen. Personeel heel hulpzaam. |

Misschien wel wat gehorig, dus akoestisch niet op beste niveau,... maar ja, het is een pension, en geen als hotel geconcipieerd gebouw. |

Nice location in great building. The noisy engine on the toilets. The fact that my sheets had a hole for 4 days and nobody change it. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, very clean and tidy, simple but ample breakfast The photos of this hotel far from reflected my room. It was tiny and difficult to actually move around, but clean with new furniture. The "bathroom" section was approx 3x5 feet with a shower held up by a bit of wire! Whenever the water (hot or cold) was used a deep groan could be heard that persisted for about 5 minutes i.e. take some earplugs with you. I booked the hotel for its central location but Vienna is actually quite small and exceptionally easy and fast to get around the city by underground or tram. Next time I'll pay a bit more for a nicer hotel and ignore location. However it is cheap compared to other hotels and I wasn't expecting much. If the room had been larger and fixtures more modern I would have been very happy |

The Pension was in a very central location and safe area. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was very clean and comfortable. It was exactly as described in the information. It was very quiet too. The restricted reception hours made it difficult to receive land line phone calls in the evening and also for check in and check out outside of the specified hours. Not a major problem though as everything else made up for it. We had a great stay. |

Hotel was in a nice part of town and close to public transport and the city center. Room was small but cozy with a nice balcony. The bathroom was tiny but the shower worked well with plenty of hot water. The neighborhood was quiet at night and we slept peacefully. We did not hear guests in the other rooms. Staff were very friendly, efficient and informative. We would stay here again. The only negative was the WiFi did not work in our room (double steel doors?) However, we had no problem using our laptop in the lobby or dining area. This may not be a problem for guests in rooms closer to the reception area. |

Well organized staff My room was in front of the entrance door/dining room and thus noisy in the morning when staff was preparing breakfast. |

I liked the all you can eat breakfeast, lots of food and hot buns. The hotel was also in a very quiet area, I think you should leave a note on the night-table how to use the satellite. |

The rooms are beautifully renovated and the location within the city is absolutely fine. The staff was also friendly and very helpful, also for planning of day trips. Not all rooms were renovated - for the several older rooms in the hotel the price was too high. In the renovated rooms, some features were less practical/robust. |

Location was great! 10 minute walk to Stephensplatz. 8 mintues to Schwedenplatz. 15 mintues to Hofburg Palace. Close to U-bahn 1, 3 & 4. Quiet at night. |

The hotel is in a renovated building. The room is large and modern, new and very clean. New bathroom also. Parking is in a garage next to the hotel. We walked to everything in Vienna from the hotel. Breakfast was inexpensive and very good. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. |
