The staff was very kind, inteligent, and helpfull. Our room was comfortable, pretty and has a wonderfull sight on mountains. The breakfast was rich. |

It was just what we expected, and even nicer. Good price, large rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff/owner, clean, great location, informative staff/owner. Just perfect. Close to the trainstation, close to the Felsentherme, Great view. Nothing bad to say about the hotel. Only the place. In summertime, Bad Gastein is a ghost town. Sadly. You can see it has been great! |

The atmosphere was very cosy and warm, and the host was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and clean rooms. Very guiet. Good location, close to shops, restaurants, bus etc. |

Exellent hotel for hiking/hill walking/skiing purposes. Spacy room with own balcony and nice views. Atmosphere friendly and relax, particularly due to Owner who is very kind and easy to talk. Good breakfast! |

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent for hiking. And if you needed information about souveniers, hiking paths, bike rentals, restaurants or anything ->Family Gsaller helped you right away. The atmosphere in the pension was really good |

Excellent choice for Bad Gastein. The hospitality of the manager and staff was on highest possible level. Brekafast could be changed at least a little during one week stay. |

Very nice little pension. Spacious clean room with nice view over the valley and up to the mountains. Very good breakfast. Excellent location (50 metres to Felsentherme and 100 metres to Stubnerkogel lift) and super friendly staff. Definately a good value. Greetings from Finland. |

繁華街は鉄道駅よりかなり低い標高にあるので、鉄道駅利用者にはこちらのペンションがお勧めです。駅より少- し標高が高い位置にあり眼下に繁華街を見下ろせ絶景です。夜はホテル街のイルミネーションを見下ろせます。- 無料サウナや広い読書室があり、パソコンも利用できて朝食も豪華、室内装飾もロマンティックです。スタッフ- はとてもアットホームで親切。ラフティングの手配をしていただきました。是非また泊まりたい。 |

La cordialità e la disponibilità del proprietario oltre alla libertà di poter entrare ed uscire dalla stanza a qualsiasi ora nonostante non vi fosse un portiere.Inoltre l'hotel è silenzioso ed ottimamente ubicato. Il cambio della biancheria da bagno non avviene quotidianamente. |
