Not bad located, 10 minutes walking from the Westbanhof train station

I simply cannot accept that I pay 70euro for a hotel and dont get a soap bar to have a shower... Even 15 euro "speluncas" had it some years ago... Really bad

Actually the pension was looking scary from outside and I stayed at the Botique hotel which was excellent in comfort and service.I would recommend it for anyone who comes to vienna.

It was clean, the shower/bathroom cubicle was clean and efficient. There was storage space in the room. The security was excellent. It was connected to the Hotel up the road, which was fabulous!! We were allowed to have breakfast in the hotel, for 10 Euros each - thought that was expensive but it was worth it. Best breakfast I have ever seen! Vienna is an expensive city and it was the best value 10 Euros in Vienna!

Tricky to find with strange little map.

It belongs to the Bouquet Hotel Stadthalle. The pension is in a seperate building one block away or 5 minutes walk from the hotel, where the reception is. So to check-in and check-out, you need to take your luggage down there. The room is spacious, new and cozy, with modern decoration. The pension is 5 minutes walk from tram, bus and subway station, and 10-15 minutes walk from the Westbahnhof. The staff are very helpful and kind, speaking decent English. It is not far from the famous traditional grill restaurant.

The reception and luggage store room are all in the main hotel, which is a block away. Only cleaners come to the pension, and they can't speak or understand English at all.

The photos are not of the pension but of the hotel,ie it is misleading. The room was too small. The actual room was in a different building from the one presended.

Relatively close to the metro, nothing more. The classification of this hotels is unrealistic.

The pension is not a good place to stay. The reception is in another building. The bathroom looks like a aeronve, no tiles, small and without ventilation. It is rated highly in the booking.com site, but not worthy to note that it receives on the site. We do not recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a minimum of comfort. The classification of this hotels is unrealistic.

Nice modern room, very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is a little far from the city and you would need to catch the underground or tram to get into the centre. Not too much atmosphere where the hotel is located.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.

No breakfest, poor cleaning, cheap toilet paper (didn't expect that in a hotel!), and the bathroom at the pension is transparent, there's no privacy at all)

Fine pension (the pension is part of hotel Stadthalle which is located approx. 100 meters further in the same street. You can also have a pretty good breakfast there for an extra 10 euro p.p.) at a pretty good location. Close to trainstation, tram and U-bahnstation to city center and other attractions (e.g. Schonbrunn palace) or half an hour walk from the Stephansdom right in the citycenter. Room is basic but modern, clean and quiet and bed was fine for me (1,93 mtr tall).

Neighbourhood is not the prettiest, but still OK (felt safe).

Vriendelijk personeel, goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, schone kamers, kortom: prima verblijf!

Het hotel en het pension liggen op loopafstand van elkaar vandaan. Verder hebben wij dit niet als probleem ervaren, maar de receptie, het ontbijt, de internetservice e.d. zijn alleen in het hotel.

Beim Einchecken der Geruch im Zimmer war nach 5 Minuten Lüften weg.
