Pension Stadthalle  

Not bad located, 10 minutes walking from the Westbanhof train station

I simply cannot accept that I pay 70euro for a hotel and dont get a soap bar to have a shower... Even 15 euro "speluncas" had it some years ago... Really bad

We booked Pension Stadthalle because we were attending a show at the Stadthalle and it was the nearest hotel, perfectly situated - literally round the corner! We checked in at the Boutique Hotel down the road and were given our own key to access the building and our room. Our room was basic but comfortable and spotlessly clean.

If anything we would have liked a bit more room and storage space - there was only a small wardrobe, one chair and table but it didn't cause us problems.

Very good budget accomodation. In a quiet neighborhood. Small but cosy room. Intersting bathroom :) Tram stop is just 100 meters away, the metro about 500 m. Grocery shop is in the same street, lots of cafe's nearby. Close to city centre. The staff was friendly and helpfull.

Misleading statement that the internet is available in public areas. :( In fact it's not because the internet is in the Hotel Stadthalle that is 200-300 meters away from the Pension.

all and maily the staff and the ecologig result (zero impact on ambient)

It was clean, the shower/bathroom cubicle was clean and efficient. There was storage space in the room. The security was excellent. It was connected to the Hotel up the road, which was fabulous!! We were allowed to have breakfast in the hotel, for 10 Euros each - thought that was expensive but it was worth it. Best breakfast I have ever seen! Vienna is an expensive city and it was the best value 10 Euros in Vienna!

Tricky to find with strange little map.

Great location to the "Stadthalle". Just a few steps! Good price. Simple but clear room.

Relatively close to the metro, nothing more. The classification of this hotels is unrealistic.

The pension is not a good place to stay. The reception is in another building. The bathroom looks like a aeronve, no tiles, small and without ventilation. It is rated highly in the booking.com site, but not worthy to note that it receives on the site. We do not recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a minimum of comfort. The classification of this hotels is unrealistic.

The room itself was small but clean and comfortable. The location was close to both the tram and U-Bahn for easy access to all the sites, shopping and restaurants.

The hotel itself is approx. two blocks from the main hotel where you check in. I found it was not always convenient to walk down to the hotel to ask questions, use the Internet service, etc.

Bardzo wygodny, cichy I czysty pokoik, choć mały, z malutką łazienką. Przy tej cenie ciężko się jednak spodziewać czegoś więcej. Wspaniałe śniadanie w głównej części hotelu. Bardzo dobra lokalizację, blisko metra I centrum miasta.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Ruhige, ideale Lage. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Design im Haupthaus sowie in den Doppelzimmern.

Einzelzimmer in der 300m entfernten Dependance mit etwas knapper wc- /Duschanlage. Fenster ohne Kippvorrichtung und kann nachts nicht offen gelassen werden, weil dierekt am Trottoir.

Hatten das Hotel wegen des guten Preises gebucht, weil wir ja "nur" übernachten wollten! Waren dann angenehm überrascht über die Ruhe und Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Werden das Hotel jetzt immer in Anspruch nehmen, wenn wir in die Wr. Stadthalle gehen! Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Saubere geräumige Zimmer. Gute Lage, 2 U-Bahn Stationen in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, darunter der Westbahnhof, wo auch der Flughafenbus abfährt.

Kein Internet (mit öffentlicher Bereich ist die Lobby des dazugehörigen Hotels gemeint, dass 500 m entfernt ist)
