Friendly staff, kindly help for carrying lugguage because no lift. Room decor is good and shared toilet/shower is comfort.

Excellent Location close to main train station. We got a very spacious room.Friendly staff. Wifi connectivity was good.

Liked the simplicity and comfort of the rooms. Liked the location. 3 minutes 14 seconds from the train station and not far from old town walking. Liked the friendly owner. They had free wi-fi.

The only mirror in the bathroom was too tall for short women to put on their make up. I could only see my eyes. I could not get a consistent water flow out of the shower. It went form hot too cold constantly so was quite uncomfortable.

The price and the location is good.is about 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk to the city center. And the stuff is friendly there.

The shower room doesn't have the curtain or the door only the Dense glass ,I can't have the shower while my friend is in . Cause the sower room is directly connect with the bedroom at the corner on the the toilet have the door, I think that's the only thing need to be improve.

Nice location, just few minutes from Central station.

Facility of breakfast should be included.

This is a lovely little hotel, right next to the train station and a very short walk to old town through the very pleasant shopping district. Great staff, too. Extremely friendly and helpful. And very willing to keep speaking German to me, even though my German is terrible. No really, it is.

Good location - easy and quick access by foot to town centre and train station/bus station. Very clean and tidy inside the Pension; room well furnished and decorated also very clean. Good security - keys provided for main door and doors to corridor and rooms.

Overall I was very satisfied with my stay at Pension Stoi and would stay there again. A small thing - a hair dryer would have been a help - maybe they are provided in other rooms.

Location is very good and the room is clean.

The water heater did not work in the rush hours.

The location of the hotel was near the areas of interest in the city.

Parking is free but very tight and difficult to get back out of after parking.

Simple decent room very close to main train station. Gentlemen thay checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Drapes were too sheer to block light effectively. Linens seemed to be line dried and were therefore a bit rough. These are minor dislikes.

Nothing I didnt like....it is definitely a good value for the price you pay. There is no breakfast, but that is not an issue because many bakkerys and shops, you are literally in the center of Innsbruck.

The owners were very nice, gave us great directions and suggestions about which mountain to go skiing. The room is very comfortable, great beds and towels. Location a few meters from the hbf and the city centre. Loved innsbruck and pension stoi.

Stairs, nothing to be worried about though.

Central location - 2 minutes walk distance from central railway station and the city centre. Nice lady at the reception. Free wi-fi in the room. My window looked to the quiet back street.

Somewhat "spartan" furniture, but OK to spend the night. A little overpriced.

The location was great - close to the main train station in Innsbruck and close to all the sightseeing. I got the double-room even though I booked a single - and it was really spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room and the bathroom were clean, I felt comfortable. The WiFi was free and fast - I spent the evenings streaming video with almost no problem. One night the weather was bad and there were a few disruptions of the internet and TV because they get both via Satellite. There was an English-language channel on TV, the BBC World. This is definitely not a five-star accommodation, it is modest, but for the money - more than adequate and a great value.

The towels were really clean, but it seemed that no fabric softener was used, so they were really harsh on the first use - if you are very sensitive, that could be uncomfortable. For me, it wasn't really a problem, because they were really clean, and that was good enough for me. There is no elevator in the building.

Good and helpful staff. Rooms with balconies and very good location. All this for good price. Strongly recommended!

Molto gentili il personale sempre disponibile , posizione ottima sia vicino al centro con negozi sia vicino alla stazione , bella camera .

Purtroppo conosco pensione stoi da tanti anni e da quando ci sono le agenzie di viaggio in mezzo il prezzo è aumentato molto e vedo che ogni anno aumenta ancora e questo mi dispiace molto e prima o poi non potrò andarci piu perchè costerà troppo.

The room was clean, we had wi-fi in the room and the connection was ok! The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but there are a lot of cafes nearby. The location is good, it's only a 10-minute walk from the citycentre.

The room smelled cigarettes, though smoking is banned at the hotel.

The heater was not working during the day ( at night was )

It was perfect for a one night stop over, clean & obliging staff
