スタッフの人が親切で大変感じが良かった。インスブルックの駅からも近く、市内観光には便利な場所だと思い- ます。また料金も手頃でお部屋も良かったです。 |

If you are looking for a place with a clean room, good location but no frills, this fits the bill. We had a triple room that was spacious, with a double bed and a twin. It was clean and there was a small tv. It was a short walk to the old town in Innsbruck and even shorter to the casino. If you need parking, you may want to include that information in your reservation as it is very limited. Although breakfast is not offered at the hotel, there are a couple of choices near by that were good. The hotel was a bit difficult to get to. Even with a GPS we missed it the first time around. There is a sign which we found slightly misleading. When it tells you to turn right, it does not mean at the next street, but a little bit sooner. The hotel is set back a little from the street. We have come to expect things like shampoo and soap in hotel rooms but there was none here. The internet connection was spotty at best., Other than that it was fine. |

We were a family of 3 adults in a car and once we found the hotel we were very happy with the room. It was spacious and the bathroom was clean and spacious we were on the 2 nd floor the internet was available on the 2nd floor but couldn't connect but we connected to the 1st floor we had our own breakfast The owner was helpful as there are only 3 places for cars and being in the city make sure you tell them you have a car. My wife is fussy and she was pleased. The only problem she had was the pillow was too soft although we have foound this in a few hotels. It is like sleeping without one. The room has heating but the bed cobver was more than warm enough. The hotel is walking distance to the old centre and there was a Xmas market Only the pillows were too soft |

really close to the railway station, and a supermarket and in walking distance to some sightseeing spots the wifi in the second floor doesn't work at all, if you have to surfing the internet, you will have to take your laptop and go downstairs. |

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and bathroom was clean (shared bathroom). Close to train station which was nice. Great value. I checked out one night early because the weather was not so great and I didn't want to stay any longer, there was no problem with this, they only charged me for two nights instead of the three booked, at the appropriate rate. |

It was unfortunate that this time (I've stayed here several times before) there was very loud music late at night from a nearby nightclub. Breakfast would be nice. Soap also. |

The room is very clean, the staff is fantastic. It was a great great value for the money! I got it partly for the free internet, the entire time I was there the internet was not working and the staff did not know how to fix it. But if you walk over to the McDonalds about a 10 minute walk away you can catch some free WiFi. Also it should be more clear you have to pay only with cash. |

The hotel is very close to the city center and to the train station. The room was clean and had a very nice balcony. The staff was very nice also. No breakfast. Payment had to be with cash because the hotel don't have a system to pay with card. |

the room with the bathroom was clean and offer a little nice balcony. We were allow to park the car in front of the hotel. The hotel is not far from the old town and very close to railway station. People at the reception were nice. |

We chose this hotel based on price, but the location was also on the lower end which was great. No air-conditioning, and when the windows were open it was too loud due to the city noise. Also, no elevator which could have been very useful when traveling with older people. |

very good price. The big problem is their parking that is small. You should arrive earlier to find a free parking place. Otherwise you'll let your car on the street (for free) or in a private parking for 16.80 euros per day. The bathroom is small and the staff is not so willing to offer you indication. But the price is low at least in the summer. |

+ Good location. + No heavy traffic outside hotel. - the door between entrance hall and room corridor is closed and locked all the time (safety!). - The floor of my room was very dirty when I arrived (sand, hairs, rubbish) and it wasn't vacumized at all during my two-week stay. - The room cleaner was careless; the same waste I put into the garbage box I could find on the floor after room cleaning. - Rag rugs on my room floor vwere dirty and extremely dusty. - The balkon was dirty (chair, hand rail). The furniture were totally worn out. - My bed got broken during first week of my stay. - The bed sheets were worn out. - The pillow was a down pillow which shouldn't use at hotels for hygienic and allergy reasons. - The host looked out scruffy. - I can use that pension in future but I won't recommend that to anybody without telling first my experience. |
