The location of this pension is very fortunate, wright near the charming garden of Vienna University with nice restaurants and pubs. It's not quite a hotel is more like two big family appartments transformed in a hotel and the internet conection was too low therefore unusable. |

Very clean; spacious room with ample closet space; silent; friendly and helpful staff; good connection to public transport (tram stops at the entrance); location near city center; rich "continental" breakfast buffet included in price; distance to grocery shop 100 meters. For honeymooners: bed(s) could be less soft & noisy. Hopefully we didn't disturb other guests! |

I stayed in the hotel for two nights. The room was very good. I took a Family room and that was quite large and full of all necessary things. Location of the hotel was most difficult to find. I was unable to locate the entrance door even when I was standing inside the building. Hardly any one at the reception to speak in English or help about city. |

Location of it is very good for business and city sight seeing. Availability of transportation is perfect for tram and taxi. Room is clean. Entrance is very difficult to find. Pension name display is located on different position and indicating different way. Room is very small and difficult to move inside of room. It is same size as Japanese hotel for ordinary business people. Breakfast was not hot. It is continental breakfast. |

Room was comfortable and warm. Breakfast buffet was reasonable. Staff were very helpful giving directions and ideas on travel. Breakfast is served quite late - not ideal for travellers leaving early from hotel. |

Good location. Almost new furniture in the room. Hotel staff: most of them don't speak English and sometimes they have astonishing behaviors. Furthermore the room was not so clean when we arrived. |

It is typically Vienna, in a 100Year old "Jugendstil" house. My Kids were very impressed by the high rooms. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and conducive to having a good stay A receptionist at the desk between 9 and 10 am would be helpful. Also a sign on or by the street door. Our taxi dumped us on the pavement under the overhead sign with no visible means of entry. Luckily I had enough German to get the information from a check out girl at the adjacent Spar market. |

Simple, comfortable, clean, quiet, friendly staff. One of Vienna's great bike rental stations just a block up the road. Taxi rank directly across the road. The bed was creaky, I woke myself up every time I turned over. |

The location is good because it is just 10 minutes walking to the first sights. The breakfast was good. The room has a window but there is no circulation of air, and it is quite small. The pension could e a little cheaper. |

Good location, close to tram, underground, city center and central bus station. We walked most of the time. Nice free photo city guide in the room. It is good if you just need a bed to sleep. We had a dirty hot water maker in our room that we couldn't have any hot water. The garbage basket has not been emptied during the 3 days. Small towels. |

Location and easy access to the city centre, friendly and helpful staff This is an old tenment house that looks a bit depressing at first glance. Parking in vicinity of the hotel not possible, which is an issue in case of larger luggage. |
