The room was very small and not clean - dusty and with bugs!!! A lot of bugs. The bed was just small for a couple and the claimed "luggage room" is just a corridor where they put bags and everyone passes by them. It is kind of central but the area is not very friendly at night. The recepcionist asked to pay the fees in advance and we didn't get a receipt!! Just don't go there... It's not good value for money!

Budget variant.

Very nice people, they cooked breakfast for us at 12! Friendly, helpful, simple but clean rooms, proper showers. No luxury, but all you need! The place also had a real family feel to it. One of our rooms had a strange smell (maybe something in the bathroom was broken) and they just gave us another room without any discussion.

there's no lift, but to us it didn't matter.

A convenient location (4 blocks away from University of Vienna and in a walking distance from the city center). Nice breakfast. A personal set of keys, so I could easily come back to my room any time, even after the midnight. A personal safe in the room.

Most of the employees don't speak English (but most of them seem to understand it). WiFi sometimes didn't work on the ground floor. The plastic card terminal could not connect at the moment of my payment (that was on Saturday morning), so I had to pay cash.

I think the hotel is good, the staff are very helpful and nice with the children. Room and bath room very clean. The hotel not far for reach tram and underground to the city centre. The rate is not expensive and worth it with the location. Maybe next time I want to stay at the hotel again,

The hotel a little bit tricky when the first time I arrived to find the hotel,because I don't know where is the door of the hotel. Name plate of the hotel is too small.

The reviews did not explain which bus/tram to take to get there very well. but once we arrived by cab, the return was easier. Many train/tram options lose by. Plenty of options for nearby cafes, restaurants and grocery. The hotel was different...a pension so the set up was new to us but ht e rooms were super clean and big. We had a triple. Breakfast was nice for a basic continental including hard boiled eggs, cucumber, tomatoes and amazing rolls and breads. I had read that the staff was not friendly but I did find them helpful.

Hotal rooms is good.. But, Breakfast was worst...nothing given. Only bread & jam.. Nothing other than that.. Also, Receptinist not speaking english..not able to get any information...

The room was peaceful and convenient cool while the weather during the visit was hot. Location was excellent for my visit.

Breakfast should be served earlier, at 7:00 would be fine.

Good location, infront of Tram.

Nice location, 5 min walk to the city centre.

No car parking place.
