The check-in was only possible from 17:00. I couldn't see any information about this on my confirmation. I don't know who was responsible for this, the hotel or booking.com but it was really unpleasant to be there and unable to get in after 7 hours travelling.

sehr nett gestaltete, saubere Zimmer Toplage Frühstückszeiten 7-9 Uhr am So -> zu früh Gebäck außer den Semmeln war alt, bzw. dürftig allg. nicht sehr ansprechend

Tolle zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, wenn auch recht eng. Günstiger Preis. Mein Einzelzimmer war sehr klein. Das Frühstück war recht einfach was aber bei dem günstigen Preis OK ist

Schönes modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Frühstück ausreichend, Wurst und Käse sieht in der Vitrine wenig aus, wird aber immer frisch nachgefüllt. Einzelzimmer ist zu klein. Mir war die Matratze zu weich.

Ein sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel mit vielen schönen Dekorationen, der Jahreszeit entsprechend weihnachtliches Ambiente. Die "Chef-Leute" waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben viele "Insider-Tips", wo man sich kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen kann, bzw. wo grad was los ist. Das Frühstücks-Büffet war o.k.

Personale gentile, posizione centrale. Colazione a buffet scarsa e poco curata in rapporto al prezzo. Stanza di dimensioni ridotte. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo dell'hotel in generale è sfavorevole.

.. die zentrale Lage in der Stadt kein Lift, Fernseher sehr, sehr klein - kein Teletext, in der Dusche keine Ablage für Seife, das Bett hängt durch wie eine Hängematte, Vorhang ist schmäler als das Fenster, beim Frühstück kein Käse, keine frischen, knackigen Handsemmeln ... Preis ist für diese Kategorie viel zu teuer - auch wenn man, weil zu dieser Zeit eine Messe war, einen sog. Messezuschlag sich vom Preis wegdenkt

ottima posizione, pieno centro cittadino, pochissimi metri dalla piazza Neuer (quella principale) e il centro pedonale, parcheggio comodo e ottime colazioni ! staff gentile pur essendo non a conduzione familiare ! consigliatissimo !! nessun lato negativo, forse un appunto ... manca aria condizionata e per un estate (anomala) come il 2012 (c'erano 33 gradi) può essere un problema ma noi restavamo in camera solo per dormire ! manca anche ascensore, tuttavia nessun problema per noi !

Preis stimmt nicht mit dem im Internet überein! Komplizierte Abwicklung! Für 3 Tage Aufenthalt ist es nicht möglich eine Rechnung auszustellen, es gibt dann 2-3 Rechnungen!

Alle waren so nett und freundlich. Ich wurde herzlich empfangen, fühlte mich wohl. Das Frühstück: Frisch gebrühter Kaffee, alles was das Herz begehrt, super netter Service. Und das Beste: Im Herzen von Klagenfurt...kurze Weg zum Shopping!

Hotel was in a perfect spot for tourists. Right on the edge of the old city. Near restaurants, tourist activities and shopping. It was spotlessly clean and breakfasts were good. Fact there was no lift. As an older person with a huge suitcase , without help it is nigh on impossible to get to the third floor. Luckily ome one helpe me both ways. Lack of airconditing is also a problem. The weather was quite warm when I we there and without the open window it would have been impossible.
