Even if I got the room for quite cheap, I was dissapointed with the quality of the hotel. The hotel located in a street where there was lot of traffic. The windos did not keep the noise outside. You had to carry the luggage couple of steps to get to the elevator. The room looked cheap. The location was poor in a way that the hotel was couple of kilometres from city center, which is a short way to use the poblic transport, but at the same time quite long to walk. |

The friendly atmosphere , the easy way to the center (tram or on foot), the value for money. |

Well located on tram line to centre. Also, easy to access stations/airport. Do not understand how it is described as 4-star. More like 2/3-star in UK classification. Small room. |

Excellent staff, very friendly and eager to help. The pricing is ridiculous. Rooms are drab, dirty and small. Can't possibly be more than a two star hotel. |

Furnishings were plush; staff helpful and gave directions to local restaurants, spoke english. Breakfast included hot food. Tram route outside could be noisy if your room is at the front. |

The breakfast was excellent; also the proximity to the centre allowed us to walk to St. Stephen area & also to the Schoenbrun Castle area. |

Place, transport This is not an enviroment frendly pansion - no one energy saving bulb, no any thermal regulator on heating system - to make a comfort temperature in room I have to open the window. No ventilation in room. Too hight humidity in room and other building space. Poor breakfast. Dirty and old sanitary equipment. Only 2 or 3 channel on TV. |

I liked the fact that your hotel was close to the city centre. Yes. The windows of my room looked like they've been bought from a demolition centre. Some did not close, some did not open and some were blowing wind. The noise from the street is too big. |

Convenience of public transportation. Streetcar stops right out front. Temperature. European hotels keep their temperature at about 80 degrees or higher. Too warm. Had to open window to cool down. Outside temp was 30's F. |
