Location was very close to the public transport, U-bahn station was 7 minutes away, and S-bahn stop was right beside the hotel entrance.Close to Belvedere and Karlskirche by foot. Decent breakfast, comfort room

Poor ventilation, especially crucial during summer time, we stayed at the first floor which faced residence area, so we couldn't leave them opened

The hotel was pleasant, clean, efficient. Ut was fine for our purposes, visiting nearby friends. - It was not five star, but no major problems. We would stay there again, but ask for a room not on the main street.

The noise from the street was bothersome. We were there during the summer heat wave and had to choose between open windows, and quiet.

very nice staff (we have the possibility to book in before the 2 p.m), very good breakfast (full choice of eating: cold meat, milk, nuttela, jam, juice, scrambled eggs, sausages, honey, cheese etc ), close to the city centre (the train stop is situated next to the hotel - line 1 and 62 --> good connection with the city centre (1 and 62), Risenrad line 62 and Meidling Bahnhof line 62, close to the shops,

no air conditioning (but there was the cooling fan ;)), the hotel charge our bank account by the amount of the first night before arrive

Since it's my first visit to Vienna, it's important to get necessary informations regarding the city which I really get most of them from the reception. That's really kind.

I'm not sure about whether it's because of the hotel or not, maybe just because of the hot weather, humidity and rain; there were flies. Also the quilt could be changed because of teh hot weather at nights. There may be a thinner blanket.

A really good find. Very well situated on good transport routes bus/tram/tube plus only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Staff were friendly, buffet breakfast was excellent, the whole operation was efficient and well run. Thanks!!

Very nice hotel, stuff was very nice and polite. Breakfast was very nice. 20-25 min to city center.

The only issue - there were no possibility to have a cup of tea in the hotel in the evening.

I liked the location of the hotel very much, because it is 5 minutes away (by tram) from the Opera and Kartntner Strasse and 5 minutes away on foot from the underground (Taubstumenngasse). Trams literally drive every 5-7 minutes, the station is in front of the hotel. It was a bit cold for a walk, but I guess that wouln't take more than 20 minutes (to the Opera/Ring). Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Typical continental breakfast was served, which was OK for me. Room was bright, nice, clean and warm though I spent most of my time out. Bathroom was also good and clean, with clean towels provided daily. Though I wasn't in a need of it, the hotel also offers a parking room in a garage (additional pay).

Though location of the hotel is very good, those who are sensitive to city noise should't pick this hotel as it is on the main street of the 4th district of Vienna (I guess that is the translation of Wiedner Hauptstrasse, Wiedner = the title of the fourth district). Or they could ask for a room that doesn't have a view of the main street.

They were open very late. I arrrived after 12:30 in the morning due to a late flight from London. mini bar in the room was great as all stores were closed. Nice breakfast, very helpful staff
