Su ubicación cerca del centro (Karlpltaz a 10 minutos caminando) y Tranvía a la puerta (nºs 1 y 62)

1) Internet en las habitaciones absolutamente ineficiente e inoperante; 2) Televisión con sólo dos canales locales

Que el recepcionista hablaba español.Se equivocaron en la reserva, era una habitación doble y nos dieron una individual. Lo solucionaron enviándonos a otro hotel (congress) sin coste, que si estaba bien y nos quedamos alli.

Las fotos no corresponden al hotel. En España sería un hostal de 1 estrella como mucho. No lo recomiendo.

La ubicación y la relación calidad precio.

Habitación calurosa y el wifi va literalmente a pedales.

Que había un recepcionista que hablaba español y el resto intentaba hablar inglés despacio y ponían todo de su parte para que les entendiésemos.

Cortinas rotas, una habitación sin limpiar cuando llegamos, no había sitio para dejar las maletas...en realidad calidad / precio muy caro para lo que era.

La tranquilidad e independencia de las habitaciones. Tener parada de tram en la puerta.

Me fue imposible conectarme a la wifi. No se podían ver canales internacionales en la televisión.

The hotel staff were excellent - so helpful, even down to using the internet to get information for me. The location is just a few tram stops from the middle of the city. My room was both clean and very quiet. Highly recommended.

The room was decent enough for a (very) short term stay. Good selection of tv channels incl. English ones. The breakfast (included in the price) was adequate and not too skimpy.

Overall, we found the hotel frightfully overpriced considering: what it looked like inside (decidedly a cheap two star), its confusing labyrinthine layout without signposts, the attitude and "look" of the staff (somewhat devil-may-care dressed-down part-timers), its nondescript location, and its paper-thin walls letting in outside noise.

Easy access to underground and affordability. Able to communicate in English and free WI-Fi access

Please - include means to make coffee in the room (kettle etc)

the hotel is clean and value the money. very easy to travel across all tourist attraction teh tram and bus stop right infront of the hotel. We buy a week public transport and travel to every where so easy to navigate. The free wireless internet is not very good in the room sometimes the signal very low biut the hotel have provide PC with internet and work very well.The breakfast is quite good but the hotel should have taged inform what kind of the food because the lady who lookafter the food can not speak English. Ther front desk very helpful can ask him anything about Vienna. We are very please to stay in this hotel we have very present time eventhough during X mas all the shop are closed and can not shop at all.

the hotel should prepare the name of all food in the breakfast. Therefore we do not need to ask.

Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was 'tired' and the bed uncomfortable and was ready for replacement.

it is location is at center and easy to travel to city's known places like opera steoha's dome etc.

Room is so small and washbasine and shower was inside of room. it look s like a student shelter than a hotel room..

Very good location for city trip! The tram stop right beside enter! Excellent staff especially on reception!

A bit untidy in the bathroom's floor
