Spartan room. Very small dining facility and very sparse food offering.
Location, clean, private parking
Locations and the friendly staff
employees were nice and respectful and helpful
I payed for 1 person in a twin room (2 beds) and when I arrived, I received a single room, a very small one, with the shower cabin in the room. It was their mistake that they overbooked, but instead of recognising their error, the receptionist was very aggressive and uncooperative. I had to contact the site booking.com to solve the problem.
Good value for money.
Would expect gentleman at reception in the morning(17th Nov) to be more helpful and knowledgeable about parking in Vienna...except not having a clue about prices for parking in city center refused to use his computer to find out..far below expectations for receptionist! Also 15€ for parking in there own garage is overpriced.. should be included in price for room.
Only 37 euros a night in a great part of town just a short walk to the center
Staff was pretty slow to respond - which may have had something to do with the fact that the phone in my room was broken and they never fixed it.
clean, near to centre, equipment was new and in great condition
because of my room location wi fi doesnt work no difference between normal and bussiness room for me...
relatively goog location english speaking personnel wifi was ok they provide good city map for free
rooms face busy street so at night you should make choice between fresh air and low level of noise rooms are not that tidy. Renovation is necessary
the tram station right in front of the hotel
If I say not clean I mean that I found used towel in my bathroom, if you found out when you are in shower, its not very good. Another thing I really dont like is arrogant staff. It really has not 3*.
Clean room, nice and polite cleaing women, good shops in surrounding area, grocery store right next door
Receptionist took money from my credit card (obligatory info when reserving through Booking) for next stay "to make sure I will come". Not authorised, but really charged! He also blamed me that I changed my reservation "many many times" -- I changed once according to my business plans that changed. Once!!! The walls of rooms are like from paper, I could hear my neighbours all the time - playing the guitar, watching tv, singing in shower and having party till very very late night. The exterior was being painted and workers were watching into my room so I had to have courtains through the window all the day, although it was nice and sunny day. Wifi was very week, falling off and since connecting to wifi in Attaché, I have troubles with wifi in other places (where no problem before!!!). I will not return to this hotel next time and I do not recommend to others.
1. Location 2. Price 3. Free wifi
1. Need to be careful with cleaning a bit more.
the room and wardobe were smelling so bad that we couldn't sleep. beds were very old and uncomfortable. we saw insects in the room. we had 4 night reservation but could stay only 1 night. we expected them to apologize at least, instead they took 2 nights pay using the excuse that our reservation is non-refundable.
I arrived early - no problem - the room was ready in 10 minutes. Great breakfast. Great location.
Remember to draw the curtains at night. I forgot and the street lights were quite bright.
Everything! wonderful staff :)
Staff, location, cleanness
We stayed in this hotel just for one night, but I do not have anything bad to say about it. City centre and train station were in walking distance (10 min.), staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms very cozy and clean. Definitely good value for your money!
Great staff. Clean rooms.
Wifi only works close to reception.
The hotel is awesome, and the room is very clean, and great value for the money. the only thing about this hotel is it's kinda far away from the city center, and takes quite a bit of effort in getting here, but other than that, i highly recommend this hotel!
alles, gutem Wetter auch
We prefer breakfast included as most places do.
Very good price for Wien Staff (reception) nice and effective Wi fii working good All facilities well working Good location
The room can be improved a little bit, re decorated maybe, seems a mix between old and modern.
Five star service. From the outset - the owners were so helpful and accommodating - beyond their call of duty. Room was brilliant value for money. Clean with good bathroom. Bed was so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. It's a hidden gem!
Location, the tram stop is just opposite hotel's entrance. Wi-fi worked well. Still, I've seen much more pleasant 3-star hotels in Vienna.
Room interior: The room looks renovated, but it's interior is ill-conceived. A lot of waisted space. One of our suitcases had to stay on the floor leaving just a tiny space to walk around. Staff: Seemed not so caring about pleasant stay for their guests. After checking-in, we had to return 2 times to reception, first to get a key for safe deposit box and second to get a Wi-fi password. Access to an elevator: the only way to it from reception is to pass two staircases (with all your luggage). Safe deposit box: Don't seem so reliable- it's just a small and quite lightweight box, that doesn't fix into the wardrobe. Windows: ours were looking on the street, with a huge illuminated sign placed just next to them. Very disturbing without all curtains closed. Bathroom: Rather small. We had no shower gel.
clean, close to city center, helpful stuff, very cheap
double bed is not comfortable for couples. (2 single beds put next to each other)
The room was large and with nice furniture. When contacted a day after checkout about of a lost toy, they found it and had it ready when a family member came by to retrieve it.
Thought of taking the breakfast... until I saw it. Went across the street instead. Also, gave the front desk guy our clothes for laundry, came back to a bag full of dripping wet clothes. What am I expected to do with that? How is it not obvious that I need them dry?
