Its central location in downtown Vienna made it a big plus. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and accomadating. The fact that all Austrians learn English in school was a big plus in communication. No airconditioning! They should at least have air coolers. Glad they provided fans in the rooms, otherwise travelling during peak summer will not be fun. Breakfast selections can be improved. |

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful with free internet at the front desk. Nice breakfast room with a wide selection of food items. Room size was large and comfortable. Needs a larger sign at the entrance. The bed was very hard. |

The hotel is situated in the centre of Vienna. You have Kärtner strasse just around the corner. Close to the U-bahn. Very good breakfast! Value for money! |

My friend and I (we are both australian but I live in Austria, my friend was here for 3 wks holiday) were delighted with your hotel. The room was lovely and light and very clean and had plenty of room and the bathroom was very good too. Nothing at all, everything was perfect! |

The room was decorated in a traditional Austrian manner, was very comfortable, amd very quiet for being right in the city center. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was basic but fresh and good. Elevator is very slow. |

the most important advantage of this hotel is the location, very close to opera house and musuem, and reasonable distance to underground. Besides, there is also unlimited usage of WIFI throughout the hotel. firstly, I have to say that I choose this hotel due to the general good comments from other guest review and I am a solo traveller. However, I think that the hotel is only up to the standard of 2 stars. The hotel is small and it is situated inside the 4th floor of a local residential building, the main door on the ground floor would be closed afte 10pm and you have to use the key to open it. |

The staff was friendly, the location perfect. We loved being smack in the middle of town, walking distance from everything. Though there is street construction, it never bothered us. Definitely recommend staying here. |

Everybody was so nice! The breakfasts (especially the coffee with the warm milk) were great. The place was extremely clean, and the location was super. Price was reasonable. |

Its location beside the pedestrian street was perfect for window shopping and sightseeing within the inner city of Vienna. Staff was very friendly and helpful in making reservations and providing information. There was nothing that we disliked. |

Location, location, location--at the very heart of Vienna. Beautiful high ceiling room with chandelier, tall windows with lots of light (but good drapes for sleeping and a decent sized bathroom. Enjoyed very good breakfast on outdoor balcony. Very pleasant staff too. There is construction going on at the moment on pedestrian street nearby that some may not like but didn't bother us. |

This is a beautiful hotel. Our room was large and gorgeous. It felt very luxurious. The bathroom was great. The bed was very comfortable. I loved it. The location was perfect, you could walk to everything in the city. The breakfast was very good and the service was fabulous. |

The room. The hotel itself could never get a third star, there wasn't even a lobby, and the reception was hidden in the last floor. But the room was totally deluxe. Strange combination. The whole entrance plus the size of the elevator where those of a hostel.. |
