All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 33.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

It is very pleasant small family hotel in center of Vienna!!! Staffs were very friendly and professional! It was only one thing... smoking smell was in my room. |

Excellent location, very friendly staff, nice clean room, tasty breakfast (though don't expect lobsters and caviar) and a quite place taking into account construction works nearby. Not much. May be it would be nice to have an air conditioner for summer, the rest is OK. |

Very nice rooms in an old fashion style. It has a romantic touch. Breakfast was not a big luxury but still it had something special. People were really friendly. The works on-going in the close neighborhood will have affect people staying here but I was luckily at the back side. |

The beautiful corner room with chandelier, the attentive staff, and the location. The hotel is in an area undergoing construction and some of the rooms in which colleagues stayed were very small. |

The location is prefect, right on the main walking street, between opera house and St. Stephen's Cathedral church. The receptions are all great, they gave us many useful information, and they even have public transport tickets there. The room is big and luxury with all old fashion furniture. Austria still has old fashion way of registration--fill up the guest form. And they really read it, they noticed my birthday is the day I check out, so the night before my birthday, hotel set one big bottle of champion in our room with birthday card, just so sweet! |

The Hotel has a great location close to the Cathedral, Opera and other interesting sites. The metro station is at 5 minutes walk. Rooms are cozy clean and silent. The breakfast is great. The staff is very kind. |

great location, right above the main street. The room was good poor breakfast. too expensive. I guess there were better hotels for the same price. unfortunately next to street works and a house demolition. It stopped just sunday. |

hotel location was fantastic - we walked to opera, cafe sacher, palace, concerts, albertina - and a lively pedestrian mall near the door. room was spacious and decor gorgeous - 3 ladies who felt like empresses. there is no public toilet eg near breakfast room |

Beautifully appointed room in the best possible location , very quiet. Really good breakfast buffet. Helpful staff, very courteous. Nothing negative other than the price was very high but I think staying anywhere in Vienna is expensive. Vienna has alot of construction and demolition going on right now all throughout and I would not advise anyone to visit there now. It was noisy and crowded just about everywhere we went . I wish we had known this was the case. Food is very overpriced at almost every restaurant we checked out. But this does not reflect on this deluxe and wonderful Pension. no, i loved the place. |

The location of this hotel is superb. The construction in the area is unfortunate and was only a problem as the taxi could not deliver us to the front door. The towels need updating, desperately. When paying this amount for a hotel room, pension or not, I do not expect threadbare towels. |

It's location - close to a U/S Bahn station and the Ringstrasse. Very close to the main 'drag' - Graben and Stephenplatz. |

Very nice room in a prime location in the innere stadt. Would be a great hotle if it weren't in a building site! Very noisy with building demolition opposite and paving renewal in the street - starting at 6am. Also woks on another building was allowed overnight. No air con. we had been informed of the paving, but not the demolition work. |
