The hotel offers guests reduced parking tickets for the public garage Otto-Wagner-Platz (approximately 5 minutes walk from the Pension). You can enter the garage when you arrive and pull a parking ticket. At the reception you will receive a hotel parking card.
At your departure the fee of the pulled parking ticket will be charged on the hotel parking card and then you are able to leave the garage. If you should exceed the validity of the card, you have to pay the balance directly at the garage.

I really enjoyed my stay in this pension. The staff was very professional, the room was according to our expectations and the breakfast was really good-I really enjoyed the coffee. The location is excellent - close to the City Hall. |

Excellent, almost everything was perfect - lovely clean, well decorated room, great buffet breakfast. Very enjoyable stay, and excellent value for money, you'd expect to pay a lot more for the quality of this hotel. Nothing bad really. Three of the staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the fourth could have been a bit friendlier. |

I loved the beautiful room and the comfortable bed. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was good and fresh. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciate the extra hour for check-out time. Can't wait to come back again in the future! Thank you! There was no bath tub in the bathroom |

We received great help from the staff when we needed information, directions to restaurants or transportation. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast was served, but when we got to the desk to check out, Joseph had coffee waiting for us in the lobby. Excellent!! |

The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms (at least mine) were beautiful, very nice beds, linen, pillows, etc. The minibar wasn't very cold so it was difficult to store perishables. Also, some of the rooms were much smaller than mine and not as comfortable looking. |

Our room was very large and modern. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we had on our trip around Europe. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood, while not in the very center of town, is very quiet and nice with lots of restaurants, bars, etc. to choose from. It was nice to stay a bit removed from the touristy areas and get to know a side of Vienna that was a bit closer to what "real" life is like there. Keep in mind that the closest U.Bahn station is a 10 minute walk...lots of trams stop right in front of the hotel though, so it is very well connected. The rooms were a bit "shabby" and had a faint dank smell. Nothing terrible, just old and not very fresh. |

It was quite central and the tram stations are almost outside the hotel. The location is ideal. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good, excellent coffee! The floor was carpeted everywhere which resulted in a dusty smell everywhere in the hotel. Also they give you too little shampoo - you can barely have a shower with the quantity! The breakfast was good, but on one day they had boiled eggs and on the next scrambled - I think they should always have both, since I like the one but not the other. |

The hotel stuff. Very good breakfast. Close to the center. Free wireless internet. Nearby transportation. Room was cleaned every day. I had a slight problem to connect to the internet but there is a laptop at the reception. |
