El buffet de l'esmorzar molt complert. A prop del centre i ben comunicat amb transport públic. Habitació gran i neta. Com a crítica ens sembla més un hotel de 3 estrelles però tret d'això la nostre estada ha estat molt correcte. |

Great breakfast. Small room and it's old. Though internet is provide free of charge, there's only one laptop in the lobby, which is small. |

Beautiful room, excellent buffet breakfast - a real find for a very reasonable price. Nothing to complain about - the hotel was very nice. I would stay there again without question. |

Central and easy to get city center. Should have a park for bikes at sidewalk near the entry, i guess that also would promote the use of this kind of transportation. |

We liked everything about the Hotel from the friendly and informative staff to the hearty breakfast in the morning. The lack of coffee or tea making facilities. |

Good location, clean rooms, good breakfast, wlan. Poor noise isolation, generally the hotel is not 4-star quality. |

The cleanliness, comfort and decor of the room. The staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. Maybe they could consider upgrading their Internet connection speed and increasing the number of PC for Internet access. |

The staff especially the gentalman who seemed to be in charge of the hotel or was the owner, was exceptional. He would go out of his way to help us or inform us. I am sorry I didn't remember his name or had a chance to say goodby to him. Great breakfasts, felt like home. great location. Easy walk to Castles, museums, cross bridges and parliament. |

Excellent value for money. Comfortable, clean and big double room - the bed was very very comfy! The breakfast was delicious, (fresh and good variety) a great way to start a day sight seeing. Also great location with a tram right out the front door. |

Pension Baronesse was in a great location close to shops and restaurants in the area close to the University. Public transport was less than a block away. The room was well arranged making the best use of space and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had great selection and was frequently refreshed. The room did not have a dead bolt or chain lock in addition to the lock on the handle. Our in room safe was not working so we had to use the safe at the front desk. |

Staff were extremeley friendly and helpful; it was my birthday while we were there and they gave me a card and some chocolates! It was a bit shabby, much more so than the pictures on their website |
