This family-run 4-star guesthouse is located in the Josefstadt district, only 2 tram stops from the Ringstraße boulevard and Vienna University. It offers free Wi-Fi and a daily breakfast buffet. The consierge service provided by the young ladies at the desk is exceptional.They answered many questions and offered helpful advice. The breakfast was delicious and fresh and the service in the dining room was above par as well. The building is kept original and has a great location. I will stay here again when I return to Vienna.

Very attentive staff. Very cozy hotel in the university district. We thought the location was going to be a bit far from the centre of the city but it turned out to be closer than we thought. Bus transportation was readily available if you wanted it or a 30 minute stroll to the centre of town. Good restaurants, all price ranges near by.

Staff was outstanding, good directions and recommendations. Had car trouble and staff spent an hour making calls to solve the issue. Breakfast was really good and varied. Would recommend to most anyone for a reasonable price stay.Very comfortable beds.

The room was large and airy with a comfortable bed and the breakfast was excellent with made to order eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, cakes, and breads. The central location on a tram line was very convenient for visiting the major sites.

Friendly atmosphere, professional staff. Good breakfast. Good price in relation to location. Rooms old and some of them pretty small. Very small bathroom. No desk to put laptop on. Window view on an ugly big wall. Black out in the evening because of short-circuit, which adds to the feeling that some renovation may be necessary.

We liked large, nicely designed rooms in Vienna old style. Good breakfast with variety of options is served till 10 o'clock. Some people commented that it was excellent, but we think that some other hotels in Vienna (it's our third visit) have more to offer. There was a tram station in front of hotel and metro (u-bahn) near by, though you can reach the city center by foot - it's a really nice walk. The whole area of Josefstadt is lively with a lot of caffes, pubs and restaurants, so you can also stay in the neighborhood.
