The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms (at least mine) were beautiful, very nice beds, linen, pillows, etc. The minibar wasn't very cold so it was difficult to store perishables. Also, some of the rooms were much smaller than mine and not as comfortable looking. |

The style was very nice, It was very clean and has friendly staff :) Yes, In minibar small bottles of drinks that they were used and were opened ! |

The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the center of the city. The room was big enough and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. |

Our room was very large and modern. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we had on our trip around Europe. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood, while not in the very center of town, is very quiet and nice with lots of restaurants, bars, etc. to choose from. It was nice to stay a bit removed from the touristy areas and get to know a side of Vienna that was a bit closer to what "real" life is like there. Keep in mind that the closest U.Bahn station is a 10 minute walk...lots of trams stop right in front of the hotel though, so it is very well connected. The rooms were a bit "shabby" and had a faint dank smell. Nothing terrible, just old and not very fresh. |

It was quite central and the tram stations are almost outside the hotel. The location is ideal. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good, excellent coffee! The floor was carpeted everywhere which resulted in a dusty smell everywhere in the hotel. Also they give you too little shampoo - you can barely have a shower with the quantity! The breakfast was good, but on one day they had boiled eggs and on the next scrambled - I think they should always have both, since I like the one but not the other. |

The hotel stuff. Very good breakfast. Close to the center. Free wireless internet. Nearby transportation. Room was cleaned every day. I had a slight problem to connect to the internet but there is a laptop at the reception. |

Staff are very helpfull and accommodating. They can arrange sightseeing tours in advance. With nice selection of breakfast. Hotel is clean and in good location - near the train station, restaurants, shopping area and landmarks of vienna. Would like to suggest if possible to have fried bacon, sausage or omelette during breakfast |

We liked the location - close to the old city (walking distance). We also liked the rooms with the high ceilings and charming furniture. This all added to our Vienna stay. As the date we stayed was August it was hot, and the hotel did not have air conditioning. |

Staff were very helpful and kind. even when we wants to live the hotle early morning, thay have provide breakfast for us out of breakfast time. location was good and close to the Rathhaus. Room space were enough and breakfast was quite nice. We had free wireless internet in our room. Hotel is located to the tram lines, therefore it is quite noisy specialy during night. Mattresses were not good. |

Friendly staff who all spoke clear English. Excellent breakfast. Lovely room and much more spacious than expected. There were fans, a real bonus in the heat. Internet in the lobby. |
