フロントがFriendlyで非常に感じよい。観光案内も適切。部屋の設備は悪かったが、フロントの感じよ- さだけで、ここにしてよかったと思える。朝食も充実していてとてもよかった。 Bathroomはあまりに狭く、とても４星のレベルではない。特に洗面台は小さ過ぎ。アメニティはシャン- プーと小さい石鹸１個だけ。ティッシュペーパーすらなかった。タオルもバスタオルとフェイスタオルのみの上- 、タオル掛けがなくバスタオルがシャワーブースのレールにかけてあるのにはびっくり。Bedは大人二人には- 狭すぎ。ただ、こういうことは、４星でなければ納得するかも。 |

場所は少し中心から外れたところにありましたが、ホテルの人が親切に目的地への行きかたを教えてくれました- 。朝食もよかったし、扇風機を置いておいてくれたのも助かりました。 値段(一泊65ユーロ)を考えると特にありませんでした。 |

とてもいいペンションです。部屋もきれいで広く、窓から光がいっぱい入って快適でした。スタッフもフレンド- リーです。朝食の時のお世話をしてくれるマダムが楽しそうで、優しくて、朝からいい気分になれました。ホテ- ルを出てすぐトラムの駅があるので、リングまで出るのもすぐです。後、近くにスーパーがあるので何かと便利- でした。また泊まりたいです。 |

現地フロントでの対応もよく、インターネットが無料で使用できる点はGoo。（但し1台しかないので注意）- 朝食の対応も良く好感持てました。 温かいアイテムが少ないのが難点（スープがほしい） 朝食にスープがあったほうが良い。 |

最寄の地下鉄の駅から思ったより歩きました。朝食の質が良い。From nearest tube station to the hotel was not a short walk. Good breakfast. |

I really enjoyed my stay in this pension. The staff was very professional, the room was according to our expectations and the breakfast was really good-I really enjoyed the coffee. The location is excellent - close to the City Hall. |

Excellent, almost everything was perfect - lovely clean, well decorated room, great buffet breakfast. Very enjoyable stay, and excellent value for money, you'd expect to pay a lot more for the quality of this hotel. Nothing bad really. Three of the staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the fourth could have been a bit friendlier. |

I loved the beautiful room and the comfortable bed. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was good and fresh. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciate the extra hour for check-out time. Can't wait to come back again in the future! Thank you! There was no bath tub in the bathroom |

We received great help from the staff when we needed information, directions to restaurants or transportation. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast was served, but when we got to the desk to check out, Joseph had coffee waiting for us in the lobby. Excellent!! |

The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms (at least mine) were beautiful, very nice beds, linen, pillows, etc. The minibar wasn't very cold so it was difficult to store perishables. Also, some of the rooms were much smaller than mine and not as comfortable looking. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the center of the city. The room was big enough and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. |
