Hotellet ligger i ett vackert hus i Wiens charmigaste stadsdel, på gångavstånd från alla centrala sevärdheter, och även de i sig rätt enkelt inredda rummen har en trivsam gammaldags charm. Frukosten var på det hela taget helt okej och frukostvärdinnan ett under av vänlig- och tjänstvillighet. Den flicka som satt i receptionen dagtid under det veckoslut jag bodde på hotellet visade däremot inte ett spår av den vänlig- och tjänstvillighet recensionerna beskrivit. Hon var oprofessionell och ointresserad av att betjäna och en enkel sak som att låna strykutrustning (som kunde finnas t ex i ett skilt rum på varje våning) visade sig besvärligt. Nattportiern och den övrig recpetionspersonalen får däremot klart godkänt. Trist dock att detta drog ned helhetsbetyget på en annars lyckad vistelse. Olycksfall i arbetet? |

Hotellet lämpar sig för resenärer som behöver en säng,dusch och morgonmål.nära till centrum och lokaltrafiken fungerar utmärkt. |

Relativt centralt. Designen på rummet (möbler etc.) kändes väldigt omoderna och plastiga, vissa saker var sönder tex. |

Rent, fint och hemtrevligt. Otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Lugnt läge, det gick att promenera in till centrala delarna av Wien, men vädret gjorde att vi hellre tog spårvagnen. Fantastiskt prisvärt hotell! |

I really enjoyed my stay in this pension. The staff was very professional, the room was according to our expectations and the breakfast was really good-I really enjoyed the coffee. The location is excellent - close to the City Hall. |

Excellent, almost everything was perfect - lovely clean, well decorated room, great buffet breakfast. Very enjoyable stay, and excellent value for money, you'd expect to pay a lot more for the quality of this hotel. Nothing bad really. Three of the staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the fourth could have been a bit friendlier. |

I loved the beautiful room and the comfortable bed. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was good and fresh. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciate the extra hour for check-out time. Can't wait to come back again in the future! Thank you! There was no bath tub in the bathroom |

We received great help from the staff when we needed information, directions to restaurants or transportation. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast was served, but when we got to the desk to check out, Joseph had coffee waiting for us in the lobby. Excellent!! |

The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms (at least mine) were beautiful, very nice beds, linen, pillows, etc. The minibar wasn't very cold so it was difficult to store perishables. Also, some of the rooms were much smaller than mine and not as comfortable looking. |

Our room was very large and modern. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we had on our trip around Europe. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood, while not in the very center of town, is very quiet and nice with lots of restaurants, bars, etc. to choose from. It was nice to stay a bit removed from the touristy areas and get to know a side of Vienna that was a bit closer to what "real" life is like there. Keep in mind that the closest U.Bahn station is a 10 minute walk...lots of trams stop right in front of the hotel though, so it is very well connected. The rooms were a bit "shabby" and had a faint dank smell. Nothing terrible, just old and not very fresh. |
