convenient access to local transport,a substantial buffet breakfast,helpful staff particularly when i wanted advice on making a day trip to Hungary there needed to be more room lighting |

It was very hot and there was no fan or air conditioning. Because of the street noise we had to keep the window closed and so it was hard to sleep because of the heat. |

The place was very clean and my room was very quiet since it faced the courtyard though I imagine the rooms facing the street are noisy. Decent location on the edge of Josefstadt. Good breakfast. Good value for the money. I would describe the place as functional more than charming. If you want romance and gemutlichkeit this isn't the place. |

Room is practical, and cleen , and soo close to the center and all metro stations , and soo easy to faind Night reception , didnt bather to say hi ore wellcome, ore even stand when I checked inn and didnt smile at all , gave me the form to fill and didnt say any thing ! ppl in vienna r sooo friendly and nice , mybe he is not a native !! |

Breakfast is good.Room size is good.staff are helpfull.Free internet is in access. Metrostarion is far(15 min walk) but there is a tram station near the hotel that can use to go to the metro station .Street is a little noisy. |

The breakfast is quite good for complementary. The housekeeping staff couldn't comprehend that two people in a room use two towels. Every night when I got back in the room there was only one bath towel. Plenty of other small towels, but only one bath towel. |

The hotel is near the centre of Wien, it is very good situated. The private parking is very comfortable, in the centre it could be advantage. The staff was very prompt. The hotel is on Alser strasse, this is hectic street in the centre, so it's a little bit noisy, but no so much. |

We like the proximity to the center of the city (Vienna). In rest the hotel was ok but in our opinion not quit four stars. It seems that was a smell of old or not too much air.Onestly not quit like the pictures on the internet. But it was ok. |

the breakfast was good and also the lady who makes the coffees was very friendly. needs to be renovated. everything seems old. bedhead had a stain on it that looked like it had been there for years. |
