Hair drier was not working..but no biggie
Location is great, staff also. Room was big and clean. I will go next time at the same place.
The location is perfect, walking distance to all the main sights and also the metro station is very close. We had a two-rooms apartment, enough space for 4 people. It was quite simple, but everything necessary was there. The breakfast was OK, although the breakfast room is quite small.
The furniture is a bit outdated and also it was quite cold in one of the rooms.
Close to every where
Not enough service in room.
Great pozition in the centre of town.parking near by,free for weekend.
excellent location. cozy and a bit '70s style but altogether pleasant for a family trip and mature travellers. excellent value for money!
Location on Mariahilferstrasse.
No amenities such as Kleenex tissues, shampoo/conditioner, extra trash bin in bedroom, stained carpet.
The location is great, it's on Mariahilfer Strasse which is the longest shopping street in Vienna and the hotel it's 4 stations away from Stephanplatz.
poor Wi-Fi signal
It is very nice small and quiet hotel/pension with very good location vienna's main shopping street. Staff is very friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was served in a small comfortable place.
Rooms are a bit simple and there were only base amenities in bathroom. However it is normal for hotel pensions and makes really no problem.
The location is excellent for walking around the city.
It could be noisy at night because of passers by on the main street who return from their night out in high spirits. The breakfast is modest; the rooms are small. No option to park and unload luggage in front of the hotel.
Location excellent right in the midst of a shopping area and close to the tube. Clean rooms, good housekeeping,
1) Poor breakfast spread. Milk had curdled - probably todays milk topped onto yesterdays milk in the jug. 2) Grumpy staff in breakfast hall. Hardly a way to start a day. 3) Reception deceived us in charging our card at checkin time despite informing us that they are going to put the pay on hold and charge it at checkout. Absolute deception. and unfair trade practice.
No window in the room, only skylight. There was no information about this feature in advance. Difficult arrangement for the parking - astaff member had to escort us to the parking facility to let us out...
It was a perfect hotel. We were a group of 5 friends and we had a great time at the apartment we got. It was really spacious. We had a flat screen, a balcony, 2 toilets, one bathroom, a washing machine, a kitchen, a fridge, a dining room, and 2 double rooms. The wifi was great! Our apartment was over-viewing Vienna, since it was in one of the highest buildings in the area. The metro is just across the road. The hotel is located in one of the most popular shopping streets. The receptionists were very friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay at Hotel Haydn!
nothing. It felt like home...
Price is reasonable. The location is great. Easy to reach city center. Not far from the metro station ad also on the shopping street and attraction points
The room is old and not really clean with the carpet. The building is quite hard to find. You might walk pass it.
The breakfest and its service was weak
The Location was right on Mariahilfer Strasse, the main shopping street. It was only a half a block from the Ubahn station, only a few stops from St. peters Square and 2 from the West Bahnhof station. When I approached the hotel It said Pension so I was worries that it was more of a hostel ~ however I was wrong. It was nicely furnished, for the price and included breakfast. I booked last minute as I stayed 1 extra night in Vienna. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, calling me a taxi for my morning ride to the airport and having no issues giving me an extra internet code for a second device. The room was clean and had evreything I needed for the night. I did not have breakfast as I left, so I cannot comment. It was a nice place and for meidan price I was pleansantly surprised and would return.
The hotel is a little difficult to find once you walk into the building you must pass through glass doors and get into an elevator. There is no signage directing you. That is a little bit confusing ~ but this is the only negaitve I found about the hotel.
Room was comfortable, breakfast decent, parking close by. Also close to metro. Room was also quiet. Bathroom had good counter space.
Air conditioner not on yet even though days were warm. Beds are typical European extra firm. No window covering on bathroom window which looked out directly on the patio. Smoking permitted on the patio which resulted in smell of smoke in room since windows had to be left open due to lack of AC.
Location is excellent; very close to the U3 Neubaugasse subway stop. There's a vegan restaurant right around the corner. Lots of hot water in the shower. Bathroom was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Amala and the staff were very helpful.
Rooms were small. No comfortable area to sit unless you are on the bed. Breakfast was ok. I am vegan and I was able to eat fruit and bread and juice.
Food Room space Bathroom supply Cleanness
Room not prepared when we arrived (after 15.00)
staff were very good and very professional, a good hotel very reasonable proximity to museum quarter etc thanks Haydn
Location, simple but clean and facilities are good enough
Location is very good. Very near to underground station. Hotel is located at a shopping street.
Only one bathroom for 5 people. Very small room. No kettle is provided.
