Понравилось отношение дружелюбное и искренне доброжелательное отношение именно австрийского персонала. Все необходимое в номере и отеле есть, и интернет в том числе. Отель расположен в центре города , рядом с основными достопримечательностмями, кварталом музеев и старым городом, бюджетными и дорогими магазинами Вены. Метро рядом с отелем, что значительно упрощает туристические маршруты по городу. Необходимо в завтрак обязательно добавить горячий омлет и разнообразить завтрак. Запретить курение в коридорах, из-за этого в номерах плохой запах. Администратору необходимо заранее (при бронировании) предупреждать, что к оплате не принимаются карты American Express. Турецкому персоналу-администраторам, надо быть более внимательными и доброжелательными и улыбчивыми. |

Номера чистые, комнаты большие, прекрасное расположение - метро в 2 минутах ходьбы, квартал музеев - в 15. Приветливый персонал, готовый помочь даже в 12 часов ночи(например, горячим чаем) Во время нашего пребывания производился ремонт фасада и наши окна были затянуты сеткой и закрыты строительными лесами. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke good english. Everytime that I asked for something, they were ready to help me. I had a nice large room for twoo, eventhough I stayed alone. Breakfast was very good too, fresh and variable. The hotel has good location, between shops, restaurants are within walking distance, Macdonalds and supermarket. Only one point I didnt like: the walls ar too thin, and sometimes I could hear the snore of my neighboor. |

This hotel was perfectly situated, just 50 m from a metro stop--don't waste time walking in Vienna! It's a huge city! And, the metro is great. Breakfast was substantial, good Austrian coffee. Our room was normal sized for a European hotel room, nothing special but adequate. Parking is convenient and half the price of parking on your own. Smoking was allowed in the hall. We only smelled it when we actually walked by someone smoking, but it was a little bit different for us. |

I was very happy with the way how the staff treated me during my rather long stay and being alone. Minibar was very expensive and I would have wanted to have some vegetables served for breakfast. |

They are very personable and accommodating. They were good about storing luggage for side trips. Also, they were very good about arranging airport transportation. They have a good European breakfast bar. The location is very convenient - about halfway between the Westbahnhof and Opering. It's easy to jump on the subway either way or it is walkable for those who prefer. Also, it is on a major shopping street - not as much for touristy things but regular shopping. Can be a little smoky in the lobby which is normal for Vienna, but our room was fine. |

The location, it is in the middle of stores. The room is very small, the view was in an inside yard, the furniture is old, but after i argued with them they change my room. |

It is perfectly located - on the main shopping street (but there is no noise comming from the street, it is very quiet during the night), virtually 10 minutes walk from the city centre. A subway station is very close. The hotel has fair contracts with some near-by public parkings, you pay much less than you would normally do. It is a bit unpractical hauling the bags from the public parking garage (there is no option of even short-term stop in front of the hotel - but it is due to the hotel's location). |

Very good location, large room We didn't like the fact that we were asked to pay at check-in. Not sure of the reason why: our nationality, the economic crisis affecting their politeness or their total lack of politeness when it comes to money. |

Hotel is in the centre of the city, close to all sights and subway. Staff is kind, helpful, rooms are nice, clean, breakfast is good, impressions about everything are very good and I can recomend this hotel. |

Very good location - in the center of main shopping street - Mariahilfstrasse, 2 minutes from metro, 10 minuts by metro from Opera or Stephen dome. We have very nice view in the room - on Christmas market near Haydn monument. Hotel can offer you excursions indifferent language. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. |
