The hotel was excellent, very clean and large beautiful rooms and wonderful pleasant service as well as a great breakfast service. The hotel is in a quiet and quaint town outside of Salzburg with many restaurants nearby and a nice view of the Alps. I recommend this hotel and plan to return again. |

The staff was amazing helpful and so friendly! Good location and close to restaurants. Breakfast was perfect. We were the only ones staying there at the time and they still prepared everything for us, we felt special! :) |

Room was nice. Breakfast was good. Construction noise was awful. I understand construction must be done during off-season, but starting work at 7am is annoying. Start the work later so that those that want to sleep in get the chance to. I was also made to feel uncomfortable when confronted concerning the "non-payment" for my 2-year old daughter. Reservation details indicated that she would stay free. |

The hotel was delightfully clean, modern, and comfortable. The breakfasts, in particular, were superb. With no air conditioning, the room should have had a fan. Because we were hot, we had to open to the door to our balcony, but that of course had no screen. An 'always on' coffee pot in the lobby would have been nice too. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and the breakfast was plentiful. Also the room was spatious and very clean! There is no refrigerator in the room. |
