The shower was nice and strong. Breakfast was adequate. The reception person did not speak any English at all which made communication very difficult. For a budget hotel it was fine! |

Good value for money .Tram stop very close to the hotel.10 minuts time run by tram to the City.Breakfest basik bad good.No aicondition in the room.Can be hot in the summer.Car park avaiable and is OK. Internet available free. Staff communication in english very poor.No very willing to answer questions.Very hot in the room. |

Free computer usage and internet access at the reception helped me stay connected during the trip. It is convenient with tram stop nearby. Staff is helpful in providing useful information about the city and transport. The way between reception and room is long and there are many stairs. It is especially difficult to those with large or many luggages like us. |

The firendlyness of staff was excellent. They are doing the utmost to help the customer out. The Wireless internet connection in the lobby area was down/did not work properly. |

The receptionist was so arrogant and as if he couldnt care about a thing. When i greeted him out of courtesy he remained silent and was wearing a i-cant-care-less face throughout my registration. Although i do not have too much to complain about the rooms i stayed in, the coldness i encountered at the reception was just unacceptable. Worst receptionist EVER. |

Decent location for price - good number of showers and toilets per room, clean, good beakfast, free internet. Convenient to get to from central train station. Need to give directions from Sudbahnhoff as Viennas public transport system is a bit tricky.. The corridors are noisy as not carpeted, and the blinds in bedroom were broken so very light in the mornings. Very good value for money though. |

the room large and simple on person from the reception desk does not speak any English or French, Italian or Spanish so it was almost impossible to talk to. The breakfast was very poor and always the same during all days. |

The room was clean and comfortable, and it is close to the city bus line. Breakfast was included and was very good. There was no phone in the room, nor wireless internet available except for the lobby area. It is a good distance away from the city center, which can be inconvenient. |

Substantial breakfast included in price. Easy to get to on public transport; lots of convenience shops nearby. Wonderful parquetry floors, but I wondered about the last time they had been cleaned? |

The staff member behind the desk when we arrived didnt speak much English but we managed to understand eachother and its all part of the travelling experience! The room was a bit hard to find but we got there in the end! The shower could have done with a good scrub but the rest of the room was large and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was simple but good! |

was reasonably good. breakfast perticularly was good. person at reception was very helpful. hotel is not very far from city centre. good local transport link no lifts in hotel, we find difficulty in taking our daughter's stroller upstair quit difficult every time we leave hotel |
