The good breakfast, the convenience to get to the city centre. Could be nicer in terms of interior. |

It was close to transport, tram just outside. I only stayed for two nights and really didnt spend too much time in my room. It was practical and clean, nothing special. Breakfast was okay, fairly basic but fresh...I was happy enough for two nights. |

Hotel Room is big with dinner table and small sink. Breakfast is good and the staff preparing/cleaning the table was nice. Location of the hotel is convenient since its near District 1. Reception is not nice and I would say "rude". The evening shift staff was sleeping and got mad at us when he opened the door for us. Moreso, regarding morning/afternoon reception staff, you couldn't ask for city direction or small request such as use of phone. Wifi is free but you have to go out the room to get connected. |

value for money, clean, beakfast included in price (nothing special but you don't have to worry on your own and then you can explore the city). It is realtively scilent. Good place for turists. Not in the city center - but very good connection to it. mayby too warm, but then you can open the window and it is okay, |

The price is incredible value for Vienna, the room was basic, the breakfast buffet was fairly basic, but did the job and location is great. 10 mins with the 43 tram into the city centre. There was a party in the function hall next to my room on the last night until 3am, but that was clearly a one off. |

The position of the hotel is very near to the public transport system, and we think it's hard to find a cheaper hotel, especially with breakfast included. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, the furniture remained dusty during our stay. Walls are thin, you could hear the slightest noise. One morning we found a naked man sleeping on a sofa in the corridor, and we didn't know if he was a guest of the hotel or not. |

I liked the hotel. I don't like luxury hotels because they take away the experince. I liked the neighborhood because it gave me a real feelign for the city tourists don't see. Still, your hotel was very quiet-which is great! ALso, I know most people would prefer to be closer to the center. We spent a lot of time on the trams. Normally, I rent a bike but this time I did not so I didn't like the time on the trams. |

The Hotel has execellently trained staff. The breakfast is good. The cleanliness is fair. It is placed a bit far but the surroundings are really good for a city trip / adventurer. Many shopping areas nearby, as well as a camping / picnic site beyond the neuwaldegg stop. The hotel may like to improve: English speaking staff, small kitchenette for food warming with microwave. Better WiFi internet. at least one english news channel |

Price and quietness Location: It's difficult for us to find the place for the first time since it is just in the household with no clear instruction ; Breakfast : the unvariable breakfast for 4-day stay and no vegetable or fruit ; Futhermore, the receiptionists could be professional (communication skills and working attitudes) |

Convenient to streetcar to go downtown. Could use more shelves and/or hooks in bathroom for hanging towels, clothe etc. and at least two bars of soap. |
