it's a hotel situated right in the middle of the best shopping street. you have not to expect to a luxury hotel. it's a good value for the price you have to pay. but don't stay for longer than 2 days. the breakfast it' s extremely short in options, and the second day allready you won't like the same breakfast, and the same, and the same....after all, it's a 3 stars hotel, not more. |

the location was perfect. the underground station is just downstairs. the breakfast is pretty good for the price and they serve it at your table. the room was very clean. the desk behind my bed made a strange noise...like it was to break down...but it didn't so nothing more to say about that |

The biggest bonus of this hotel is very good location - almost in the center. We walked everywhere. Helpful staff, clean room although not very modern and not thoroughly finished. For the price I expected just a little bit more but for 2 nights it was fine. the breakfast was served in a walk through room without day light |

Staff were very helpful with directions, even walking us to the correct bus stop when we left. Gave good directions and advice. very nice breakfast every morning. Extremely comfortable beds and nice linens. Overall, a most enjoyable stay. The only thing was there was mold on some tiles in the bathroom, everywhere else was very clean. |

This hotel has a fantastic location right next to the subway stop on a very popular shopping street. We were able to walk almost everywhere in Vienna from our hotel. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and the room was comfortable and very clean. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Don't be put off by the fact hotel is reached along a passage between shops and has unwelcoming approach to front door. Breakfast was just rolls with ham and cheese. Nothing for U.K. or American guests. Orange juice not just juice but lots of sugar. |

The pension is located on Mariahilf strasse so it's very good location for shopping. The U Bahn station is infront of the pension - it takes 5 minutes to the city centre. No aircondition in the room |

The location of the hotel is excellent. There's an underground station right in front of the hotel and there's a short distance to the city centre and sights. The staff is friendly and helpful. Since the hotel is at a busy shopping street, the street noise to the rooms can be loud. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be a best choise for you. |
